    I did a Zoom Class with Massimiliano in January, 2022. We have the same oven. We baked at at the same time. It was as close to being there as possible.
    That class upped my game. I'm on a whole new level thanks to Mr. Saiva, my maestro.

    What is the coast of the school is it a 2wk course. I am very interested in the school. I am a pizziolo 30yrs. like to learn more in this industry of making pizza.

    Marshall pizza oven are good. Question what kind of yeast u prefer the powder dry yeast or the clay yeast

    Question electric oven cooks even with out turning the pizza like a brick oven or gas oven.

    Pizza Roman and Pizza Al Taglio is the same or different?

      Roman pizza refers to the type of the dough. Al taglio refers to the fact that its a pizza that is sold in slices. Al taglio means "sliced". Usually the roman pizza is sold in slices, so they can refer to the same thing. But in some regions of italy, they do sell pizzas in slices which are not roman type.
