Diera! I love love love your videos and your always happy smile! It appears you live alone. Do you mind sharing a video about how you budget? I'm currently in interviewing process for a few airlines. Planning on relocating back home to Chicago from ATL to have more affordable rent. But want to know how other flight attendants handle the pay the first couple of years.
Such a great suggestion, if you search budget / pay on my channel I do have a couple of videos from my beginning years pay scale. My lifestyle is very different at year 9 vs years 1 &2 so it may not be realistic to compare. If I get a chance tho I will try to talk current budget in a future video ❤️

So how do meals for the crew work? It seems like you may or may not receive a meal.
Meals are given depending on your duty day and whether or not you have enough sit time to get food in between flights. They’re not always consistent and sometimes pilots get them even when FAs don’t
Thanks. Thats interesting. Wonder how much an airline can boost employee morale and satisfaction by simply providing a meal that costs maybe $6 to 2-4 FAs.

The company takes care of our rooms and we do not pay out of pocket for it ❤️. We stay at a plethora of diff hotels depending on the layover length at my company .
