There are two wolves inside Chase: one reacts to wizards like a golden retriever ("A wizard? A wizard :D"), the other reacts to wizards like a pitbull ("A wizard...💀").
I'm finally winning over half my invasions thanks to chase! I now understand the mental strength it takes not to teabag or point down after winning, its actually quite hard to resist but somehow chase keeps it respectful all the time. I've only ever seen him teabag once and it was well deserved
To be fair, in DS3 chase point-downs were quite more common but that's because DS3 was inherently more tryhard. It was rare, but when it happened, my inner Fighter-PL blossomed up.
I can handle 2 people in invasions, but 3 people rushing me down is more often than not just too for me. I am quite impressed Chase handles 3 man teams so well.

Really loving these cosplay vids, can't wait to see Bernahl and Millicent if you do them of course. You should do a Godskin duo cosplay in the arena with a friend, that'd be amazing!
Chase, please make it a standard part of these cosplay videos to wear the Trick-Mirror talisman to properly show off the armour. It really does make it more enjoyable to watch overall.
14:20 Yes, Sacred Order does transfer to other weapons. I was using a katana and switched to Mohgs Spear and the spear stayed lit up, I didnt check stats to know if it actually buffs or if it's just a visual bug.
it actually buffs, but its a borderline useless buff in pvp. 2.5% ar boost. so mostly visual. in pve it is useful against undead, doing 10% ar boost, 100% boost against undead, and preventing skeletons from reviving. also, an odd quirk of its buff-transferral is that it will sometimes use the visual of the previous weapon, so if you ever wanted an extra long ciper pata, this is how you do it
@@death-thresh9548 actually the armor set is the easiest, the shield is the hardest. armor farm tip: aside from the helmet, which is found in a chest. set time to night, then use mohg spear ash on the two knights where the putrid tree is supposed to be, you get the full set first try, but only first try.
Nice Chase. I'd like to request a Depraved Perfumer build, could be interesting with the various available perfumes ⚗️ Some carry their unique small shield. Maybe incorporate a lore appropiate status effect into the build if you want, would love to see what you come up with.
Fun fact: if you roll into the lake of rot and let scarlet rot build up and proc while on LAND, the DPS is much smaller. This allows longer runs and less heals used 👍
Castle Sol had one of the most anime fights when host and Chase almost in unison used Glintstone Dart and Glintstone Pebble. It would have been even more anime if they both performed the follow-up attack in unison and pierced each other.
Some of the most hilarious “last stands” from hosts in this one lmao. The wizard at Sol was a perfect encapsulation of why everyone hates mages. Endless tedious spam and then runs away with zero options when he’s left alone without the gank advantage
The guy had a multiplayer build, was summoning multiple invaders to fight, was being attacked by 2 wolves, a bird, and Chase, and you have the gall to call them a gank? Bro was fighting 4 v 1 at the end and was shooting for 2v2 in the first place. Man was an absolute hero and y'all just hate ranged characters. Idk how you expect him to stand ground without backing off in that situation. Even chase spent the first 5 minutes of that fight running away.
"bullgoat talisman for some semblance of poise" -- oof, doing my stalwart Haligtree boys dirty my favourite shield in the game but I wish the helmet wasn't bald
Man sacred order was probably the most under developed of the faith ashes of war. I wish it like increased your weapon’s base AR or you’re flat defensive, or give it SOMETHING different so that it’s basically not a diet golden vow.
I don't think you know what you're talking about. Golden Vow and Sacred Order do completely different things. Sacred Order is fine for what it does, which is helping to kill undead. It also does in fact increase AR.
Great video! This makes me want to farm all the different sets and invade as "Knight" where I would change into an armorset based on the area I'm invading in and try to use the signature ashes of war of the knights of the area. Can't wait to see what's next
sacred order, currently, is bugged i think. it does carry the buff onto *any* weapon (yes, even unbuffable weapons) and does in fact increase the AR of said weapons. it looks downright gorgeous on the relic sword, cipher pata, and coded sword. it will however glitch the visual and put the last weapon's "blade glow" on the current weapon, such as applying the glow that matches the length of a pike onto a dagger. this doesn't change anything about the range or hitboxes, though; it just looks funky. not that it adds much damage at all, though, but...
Did Chase remember to bring the lantern?: Maybe [3 in a row] Did he use it? : not at all [69 (nice) in a row] Highest count on "Remember to bring the lantern": Maybe -58-
Hey Chase! I think you invaded me with that build. The name of the character was Pedro Segura, it was a shieldpoke build with fingerprint and lance. Bernhal chest, raya lucaria soldier helm and fire prelate greaves. It was a fun fight!
Love your videos, but now I'm seriously beginning to wonder, can the amazing ChaseTheBro create a build where St. Trina's torch is viable? On another note, I'm surprised the stamina on this build is naturally so low.
At 80 Faith it gets 529 AR one-handed with around 400 fire damage. Even then the pitiful range and negligible poise damage would make it very difficult to use effectively.
Seeing that guy throw the explosive stone clumps really makes me wish we could craft them and the poison stone clumps for 5 or 10 of the regular version. Hate that they are so rare that everyone with a decent stock is required to item dupe to get a sizable amount.
Lots of environmental kills in this one - always a good laugh. A few missed opportunities to pull out the greatbow though. Oh well. Seems like a good point to segue into a Miquellan Knights cosplay, I feel like Miquella would knight you for that stellar defense of the Haligtree. As for the rest: Cosplay: Kale Build: faith spells that aren’t pyro, feat. Black blade.
There are two holy weapon buffs: One is a weapon buff and one is a player buff. Because of this, they stack. The one that is a player buff transfers to weapons when you switch because its a player buff.
14:23 Ok, ignore what I said earlier, Sacred Order is fucking weird. It's classed as a weapon buff but behaves like a body buff and can buff weapons in both hands. Use it with Shared Order (Aura buff) to get massive dual wield damage against undead enemies. Previous message for context: Yeah, Sacred Order is an aura buff, similar to Rallying Standard and Golden Vow. Aura buffs apply to all currently equipped weapons and armor.
