This is by far one of the best videos I've seen in a while. Most of us are victims of the brainwashing that the educational system teaches us. From the moment you enter grade school (5 & 6 years old) we are told to get good grades and go to college and we can become what ever we want, the problem is that most children never say they want to own a business you always hear something like police officer, fireman, teacher, football player, or accountant but what we don't realize at that young age is that those occupations require us to work for someone else, basically get a job. We are taught to be dependent on corporations for income get into deep debt, work till your 65, and retire. So basically slave your life away and when you're no longer useful at that point you can finally rest, that's not living. We are all going to die one day anyways so why not take the risk and become entrepreneurs. We have nothing to lose.

Livensone Boucher I’m so glad I’m a millennial teacher because I’m always pushing my students to do more with their skills... school isn’t for everyone and working for someone is for everyone... however parents need to be telling their children also what else is out there... the educational system can’t do everything.

In my country we do not have the basics of financial education and we got entailed by companies to fulfill others people's dreams. I think schools should teach you that risks in life are worthy if you are ready to study and be prepared to it instead of just follow a path that leads for looking to work for somebody else.

Peter, you're by far one of the best teachers I've ever learned from . The moment I left my job which was my comfort zone, I was demotivated by a lot of things around me, until I found your videos. I was afraid of uncertainties but not anymore. You gave me a lot of strength and courage to take up entrepreneurship. Your videos are good materials to look into every morning. Thanks Peter.

I dream with being an entrepreneur. I went to some startup conferences and met a lot of people. At that point, I started feeling my upper limit problem, compared my self to all of them and felt like not at the same level. Here I am now clicking on this video to bring back that motivation and work on those lacks of confidence.
    Thanks 🙏

Peter- your videos are so inspiring! I have been the managing editor of a small publication for a little over two years. I have recently acquired the publication myself and must now lead the sales team. Everyone, including my ex boss, has said I would be the best at this job, but I'm a writer and I've been very happy to simply stay in my cubby hole doling out and writing stories and ad copy. The idea of owning and operating the entire magazine was not something I ever saw coming- well, now it's come and I look forward to learning from you, a sincere, authentic approach to this new chapter. This IS a magazine I would read myself and I adore it! It begins there. Thank you so much

Can't believe 4 people clicked 'don't like', haha.
I agree with Purple Pat, the more pro vids make it easier & more enjoyable to watch (something i need to get round to for my blog!) and the extra content is much appreciated.
The first time i heard Peter Sage (London Real, 1st interview), i was gobsmacked for 3 full days before i managed to process the new perspective. I then immediately changed my food and started exercising. It's been a rollercoaster of on/off but i am 10 Kg lighter and have a much healthier mindset. Dan Pena helped a bit too.
My biggest flaw? Victim mentality, something i didn't even know existed. What we are not aware of...controls us.
Peter Sage + Dan Pena + London Real is a pretty awesome mix.
I hope one day i can give back to you, Peter. I feel very grateful and wish you the best in life. :-)

I haven't finished high school yet, and I want to become an entrepreneur but I always ask myself, where do I start? What if I fail? I hope my family approves, etc. I doubt myself every night wondering if being and entrepreneur is the right place for me. When I was watching this video, I realized that it probably is. The main reason for why I want to be an entrepreneur is because I want to be free. I'm good at math, science, drawing, history, photography, debate, and I like all these subjects, but when you get out of school and your life starts and you wonder what job to get, you realize that there are no jobs that have math and history involved, or photography and science. My mom once said, "You are truly free once you have full control of your life and you are not depending on anyone or anything." I don't want to depend on a job to give me and my family dinner each night, I want to do that. Hopefully, when I leave school and start my life, I will be independent and truly free.

Going to the gym has raised my self-confidence, makes me stronger and is perfect for entering a meditative state for one who lives a lot in the head. I look at it like this, without health one cannot enjoy anything else. No amount of wealth can replace the health.

    1) Understand: Job != Entrepreneurship (you get paid less than your value because the owner needs to have the business running and profitable)
    2) Ask: Why? I'm a learner. I believe the best way to learn and contribute is being an entrepreneur
    3) Upgrade: Set intentions to be someone of value, with no excuses. Get rid of people with excuses, get inspire ones.
    4) Develop the right habits: You need the energy of an entrepreneur. Take care of your health. or your illness Physically and mentally ☯︎. Embrace uncertinty, ask out the girl you like, etc.

Which has more humanity potential - multinational company or small business. Let’s list some advantages and disadvantages of these two options.
First we will look at multinational company. When you work at multinational firm you will have monthly fixed wage, health insurance and maybe some bonuses. In these companies you have great opportunity to career growth in one day you are able to became top manager. You will asked to do some homogeneous tasks but we can list it in disadvantages too, doing the same work every day will stop your progress.
When you will run your business or just work in small business you will work more on different tasks. Entrepreneurship isn't easy job. There is risk to be bankrupt but you will have freedom everything will depend on you and your abilities. These conditions will push you to improve.
In my point of view small business has more human potential since you will have to progress in order to survive.

    2. Ask better questions like, “What fires me up?” “if I couldn’t fail, what would I do?” “How can I get creative?”

I am thinking about a new type of restaurants : eating-spots,
in eating-spots, food keeps changing, chefs also rotate,
this is opposed to current restaurants,
thanks to this rotation of food and chefs, eating-spots are way more powerful than restaurants,
along with that, there is an app,
people vote for the food that will be cooked in the next days,
menu is influenced by the live input of the people via an app.
