    Excellent stuff. Much better feelings of transparency, and nice to see a simple visual demonstration of the difference in acceleration between stock diesel and ERX. It's also great to see the inside of the factory, to demonstrate that real work is indeed being done.

    Mr Healey, don't forget the importance of driver retention. If the trucks are so pleasant to drive, it will be a factor in retention in an environment that's difficult to retain drivers.

    I love the evolutionary approach (Hybrid / ERX --> KARNO --> Hydrogen Fuel Cell). This approach doesn't ignore either reality (easy to migrate from fossil fuel) or a dream (Zero emission with hydrogen).

    Great video, I'm excited to see this play out. I don't care who wins, Hyliion, Tesla Nikola just put the hydrogen and battery ev tech on the public streets and hurry tf up doing it. Yall all got a lot more to release to us 🇺🇸
    Tell the classified defense and aerospace sector to give us 🇺🇸 what we paid for that they held in secret and nobody has to worry about oil or a crappy grid ever again. 🤔

    Yooo goooo Hyliion, Don't know where you got that Drone Pilot but he did a phenomenal job!
    The ERX Is the only electric vehicle I have faith in versus the competition.
    When is the average owner operator be able to get there some my truck converted?

    So your future fuel agnostic solution is great, but implies you can switch back and forth. Seems pretty important to highlight at most you would want to support dual fueling due to the weight of having multiple storage and delivery systems that cannot be agnostic or cross contaminated. Will you choose to support more than 2 fuel configurations and give up production efficiencies associated with streamlining? Is there a auto purging process and variable supply system in development or acquired from GE as well? If not I would love to opportunity to join a team in said effort.

      the PLATFORM is fuel agnostic. Nobody is talking about a lego truck.

      @John Sullivan The generator is agnostic yes, the storage and delivery is not. Hydrogen is the smallest atom and difusses through solid materials and is stored under high pressure or can be stored as a solid and released with a laser. It would also have a very different flow characteristics and rate requirement than other options listed such as diesel, kerosene, Jet fuel and others. So there is definitely much more development to be done on Hyliion's part the engine is done many other problems to solve ahead.

    If other big trucks companies decide to manufacture, then what will hylion did ، it is not a manufacture company, solution company for used trucks, but the new buyers will buy from big trucks company , let me know your opinion, thanks .

    What is the ROI for the HYBRID..... how many miles or gallons of fuel saved does it take to pay for the retro fit. If there is one thing Ive learned from mining crypto... the hardware cost and ROI are critical to success. Some type of noise generator to turn on in pedestrian dense area would be nice....some type of cool sound generator, some thing space age to alert distracted pedestrian and or drivers near the truck.

    what is the weight of that erx compared to a regular diesel truck ? also what keeps oem truck manufactures from under cutting hylion and manufacturing a truck similar to the erx truck?

    PROBLEM----NG engine by cummins and E axle by Meritor---what exactly are the physical items that Hyliion brings to this assembly ????????????????????????????????????? and if there are products from Hyliion why was it not elaborated ??????????? I know Hyliion aquired KARNOS so has the capability to use a multi fuel generator under name of Hyliion now, but once again...where is exactly is the Hyliion specific tech ?????

    The karno appears like a black box and distraction. If its so good, why would phase 3 still go to fuel cells? Anything claiming to use 20+ fuels is skeptical as each fuel has vastly different properties before oxidation, during and in the management of the waste products. Huge difference in feeding propane vs hydrogen vs ammonia vs gasoline as input fuels. Plus, if its so good why would GE drop it so easily?

      Hyliion expects future fuel cells to be better than the Karno at hydrogen efficiency. It’s likely going to take a while before that happens and even if the fuel cells do become more efficient, what if the infrastructure isn’t built out? The Karno would be able to run on almost everything. GE dropped the generator because they are a big company with other things to do. Notice how majority of the transaction was in Hyliion stock. They figured that they could profit from Hyliions stock appreciation and not have to pay employees/go to commercialization themselves. It frees up cash for other opportunities in different fields and GE has a lot of different fields.

    As an electrical engineer and an investor in the company. For the love of God, don't waste any R&D time on hydrogen. It's a dead end. Toyota and Honda already sunk enough cash into that eco scam. You waste way more energy producing and storing it than what you get out and the infrastructure and cost will never be on par with that of natural gas. Please, just stick to perfecting the natural gas ERX and fuel agnostic KARNO powetrains. Hyliion could be a real game changer if you focus hard on making the natural gas electric hybrid version the best it can be.

    Instead of taking 10-20 years to transition to a FCEV truck, you should just immediately make a FCEV truck in parallel.

      @@ambocc I am tracking it. There’s also a hydrogen fill station near where I live. It’s $16 per gallon equivalent. I never see anyone filling up there
