Open babel file conversion easy method | Pymol biomolecules

openbabel is used to convert chemical file formats. Openbabel can convert more than 100 file formats like sdf mol, mol2, pdb, pdbqt etc. sdf to mol2, sdf to pdb. many files can be converted at same time.
