Mike don't despair, My neighbor used let dogs run riot in garden for over 9 years and I found them out. Imagine the headache and pain in upper neck and back you would have after that. Every day I have tension in my shoulders blades and neck have crack my kneck sometimes 40 50 60 times a day. I would wear ear plugs and ear defenders in the house to study! as I was at the end of a 17 year j-o-b. Anyway I loved the cycling videos in ibiza one thing 'helmets'. Why would you not wear a helmets smart dudes like yous. MIPS helmets look for the sticker. Specialized helmets. I do 60k up mountains during summertime. Oh yeah specialized gloves light weight summer gloves and any decent cycling glasses will do the trick. Cycling in ibiza it looked fantastic. Keep up the work. You should do it again this summer 2024. This time do it major and do Nice to Monaco. Remember be really really careful on the downside into Monaco. Oh yeah the heat factor 30-50, and double water. One light light backpack or camel back or none

Business coaching has been a thing for years. Difference with this is that Mike has actually shown that he is a proficient and trusted teacher, whereas your traditional business coaches you have no idea if they have put their coaching into real-life action for themselves, so it's a bit bizarre to see people bashing on these Mastermind type things, as long as the person who is paying to take part in it realizes that they have to put the session into action themselves and it's not going to literally bring them success overnight, then it's all good.
Is it really mandatory to have a one dedicated leg day ? What difference does it make to overall legs development if atleast one muscle group of the legs is trained every day between the doing upper body workout ? This can give rest to the palms in meanwhile, best utility of time, and minimise the risk of injuring hamstrings as they are most vulnerable part of muscle, if putting the whole stress of leg workout on every other leg muscle ? Mike Please advice

It’s so interesting that you spend 99% of your life in Dubai, obviously we know it’s for taxation reasons, but it’s interesting that you haven’t even tried to integrate and learn the local language, in fact you run off during local events, you know considering how much you love being there, and it’s the best place in the world etc, it’s incredible to see somebody totally detach from the local culture
