In Lumion you need to have a different named material for each material . You can use the same texture or colour if you want as long as you give it a different name. For example in SketchUp I will use the same water material for different water features eg swimming pool and pond, but copy the material and give it a different name for each water type. This way you can add the correct Lumion water to each water body.
