i practiced it a lot, i got it off perfectly i think probably 40% of the time in ranked, when i realized it would take A LOT of practice to be super consistent i left spidey alone dont wanna way the team down, feel bad for the players that where absolute gods with him, i got about 18 hours with him

@crackedblack1410 I think they addressed the weird hit registration with vibranium marks not properly resetting his dash, so I think BP will be fine. His speed is what keeps him alive more so than his bonus health, anyway

I agree. He was super fun during the alpha cuz you could easily put out 10k dmg as raccoon in a match. I wish they had gone for a weapon dmg buff rather than healing but atleast youll be able to shoot your gun more often if your healing orbs do more per shot.

Currently his gun feels like a water hose where you're trying to hit someone beyond 10 meters you have to lead your shots several feet in front of them. In a game where you have heroes moving in every single dimension, flying, and ghost dashing nonstop through you, I don't think it's a lot to ask that my bullets go where my curser is pointing rather than hitting where my curser was 2 seconds prior. I've find it very strange that he's carrying a mini gun that shoot bullets that are projectiles rather than hitscan but maybe there magical slow bullets 🤔
He is nowhere near Luna or Mantis levels, and his ult is arguably the second worst strategist ult. The only time you’d really want to pick Rocket over Luna or mantis (you still want one or the other, preferably Luna) is if you have punisher/Bucky. His mobility and BRB are super good though.
Bro how is the psylocke change a buff? She does the same thing just deals damage to barriers so when dr strange puts a shield she doesnt hit him like she did bit she hits the barrier. Thats 100% a nerf
Logan's EHP with undying animal is 600 before and 583 after, that's not a nerf to his ability at all, just an adjustment, this is basically a free +50 max hp
Not sure if you’re aware but they fixed the bug on Spider-Man that allowed him do a continuous combo from the air by doing an ability cancel into a hook back in the air. It now makes him finish the animation so you can’t do the complete combo anymore.. definitely a nerf.. one of if not his best combos
I’d really like Magik to have slightly faster atk speed, she just feels clunky to play right now even when you combo properly. I think smoothing out her swing some would feel a lot better

Like him and psylocke are the only ones with it, yet tbh he has to work SO MUCH harder than her. She feels more like a 3 or 4 star to play. But im not just agreeing cuz i main him. I actually dont want him too strong either. I just want him SLIGHTLY stronger than Season 0 and he'll be completely fine. 275 health might be a bit strong for how mobile he is, but i agree with the cooldown reset if ur target lock gets blocked and the webswing resets were a cool idea, but another risky one. Just buff his damage slightly and make his webshooters refill faster or give the option to reload. Those are the biggest things id say. Great video bro
Team ups are still too strong. Makes solo queue almost impossible if they have, and you don't. Forcing someone to play a character they either aren't good at, don't like, or never played will never be good in a team game.
Invisible woman has big AoE short/medium-range healing, and her ult is another luna ult in AoE healing. As I see it Black Panther is the only real AoE counter to clumped teams, and he just got considerably nerfed---I fear for the clumping/Goats meta taking over.
Glad other people are calling out Rocket's cd between primary and alt fire being the thing that needs tuning. He's so fun to play but feels a bit lacking in some ways from other strategists currently

The venom ult you mentioned would be really inconsistent due to different HP targets for example 500hp -25% (125hp) then -25% [(base health)125hp] {assuming target is full hp} Lets say 500base but target is at 300 -25% (75) -25%(125hp) it would basically flip his ultimate play style instead of being really good at starting fights it would be a good fight ended I think the issue would come with the shields he gets I believe that would be too strong but idk I’m a casual plat

A lot of these changes are retartet, tho I’m most happy about storm getting buffed. Hela and hawkeye got no real nerfs which is a damn shame. Hela did not need a health nerf as if that’s her issue, she needed her daggers to be further limited or at least a longer delay in her throws. Hawkeye needs a reload on his arrows, give him like 3 arrows while keep everything the same and require him to reload.
So guess I'm technically low elo. Gold may as well be at least. But the only problem with iron fist is if you're a flyer and he just constantly sticks on you. with storm changes I might be able to punish him for being able to infinitely fly and stick on me, even if I fly around corners. But that's really the only gripe. He does need something, but I don't know what, without turning him into a menace. Perhaps the devs are also trying to figure that out.
If they nerfed bp like that without fixing his bugs he might be unplayable. He's already heavy countered by flyers and people that can react dodge his dash or cancel it, like for instance if bucky charges at you same time he wins the duel and ur not getting a refresh or damage, star lord can easily right click the dash so u dont get a reset and gets fucked, also fly which is obvious problem, scarlet witch who also got a buff can ez dodge with her fade out, a well timed smoke grenade of punisher, etc, etc, etc. His bugs go beyond no hit reg on occasional marks aswell, so hope they atleast fixed the bugs bcus imo the most fun hero. And it wouldn't be so bad to give a little bit of shield when he does his ultimate now that they nerfed his base shields on dashes through marks, think that would be a decent compensation cus he dies too often at the charge up of his ult
I hate to be that guy. I know Mantis is easily in the top 5 heroes right now. No debating that, but nerfing her movement speed buff is a gut punch. I’ve spent dozens of hours getting comfortable with her mechanically and it feels a bit like wasted effort. Getting changes to your main hero’s movement speed, projectile speed, projectile drop, or anything of that nature just sucks. Increase the base time to regen her seeds, reduce her self or ally damage buff %, reduce the duration of her buffs, reduce the radius of her sleep…do literally anything except this type of nerf where we have to relearn the hero’s mechanical feel.
Agreed, as a mantis main, the easiest way to nerf mantis was to reduce her damage output a little as that is where she’s kinda OP. Reducing her movement speed is low IQ move. Idk what these devs are thinking. I regret spending money on this game now. I broke my own rule of sinking 350 hrs at least before putting money into a free game but I drank the kool aid and thought the devs couldn’t do wrong. Seriously some of these changes are idiotic
300 x 2/1 = 600 350 x 5/3 = 583 While he'll have higher base health, his effective health when using his e will be slightly reduced. Factor in the constant damage and healing when he goes in, and he should be noticeably less tanky.

The Hawkeye thingy is huge. 17 less HP at max compared to 50 more HP the rest of the time seems decent. 700 effective HP in his passive is already a lot. 700 effective HP with his skill would be huge buff.

How you may ask? if 50% damage was reduced then we will only take 50% of the damage and 100/50 = 2 and 2*300 (previous health) = 600hp Now let's see for the new S1 change- now we have 40% damage reduction so we only take 60% of the damage , 100/60 = 5/3 and (5/3)*350 (new health) = 583.33

Effective health is base health x defence, meaning to kill a wolverine using his e before the patch, you need to deal 600 damage. Post patch, he'll take 3/5 (60%) damage with base 350 health, therefore 5/3 of 350 is his effective health.

Meanwhile others got balanced as if it was their first day at Kindergarten. Result: black Widow is a failed character design and wasted slot of the roster in her current state. @ i think ur exaggerating a bit because she _is_ weirdly designed but the issues of her kit and everything just come down to the balancing because they addressed what id believe would be _some_ of the big issues to be, such as her sprint taking too long to recharge, and her kick being too hard to hit theres definitely still stuff they need to address tho, like being unable to sprint while reloading, and her batons just being flat out _useless_ in terms of damage AND range(i WISH there was more incentive to use them because they seem like theyd be actually interesting to use if they werent useless), but i dont think shes such a massive failure in terms game design like you say she is a balancing failure would be the accurate term i think
@keiz5052 idk how much you played her but it is clear to me that her biggest problem by far is the reload after every shot. If she is designed to not be able to headshot kill then it is a departure from the core of this archetype and questionable why she even exist. Playing her is just playing on hard mode for no reason other than liking sniping. Hela is just better.
This is actually a big nerf to Wolverine's power spike & effectiveness in his role, but a heightening of his power floor. He has less EHP (583 vs 600 on live) with his E active. This is even more pronounced with how healing works with damage reduction (due to his EHP increase going from +100% to +66% with these changes). Healing was worth 2x as much on Wolverine than other heroes, and would increase his effective health pool accordingly, which is now much less pronounced. Since Wolverine was rarely going in & using his whole health bar with CD's down, this change is much less beneficial than detrimental.

It would just depend on the values for how strong the regen could be, like idk maybe every point of rage only heals like 0.75 health or even lower.

If they nerfed bp like that without fixing his bugs he might be unplayable. He's already heavy countered by flyers and people that can react dodge his dash or cancel it, like for instance if bucky charges at you same time he wins the duel and ur not getting a refresh or damage, star lord can easily right click the dash so u dont get a reset and gets fucked, also fly which is obvious problem, scarlet witch who also got a buff can ez dodge with her fade out, a well timed smoke grenade of punisher, etc, etc, etc.
His bugs go beyond no hit reg on occasional marks aswell, so hope they atleast fixed the bugs bcus imo the most fun hero. And it wouldn't be so bad to give a little bit of shield when he does his ultimate now that they nerfed his base shields on dashes through marks, think that would be a decent compensation cus he dies too often at the charge up of his ult

I hate to be that guy. I know Mantis is easily in the top 5 heroes right now. No debating that, but nerfing her movement speed buff is a gut punch. I’ve spent dozens of hours getting comfortable with her mechanically and it feels a bit like wasted effort. Getting changes to your main hero’s movement speed, projectile speed, projectile drop, or anything of that nature just sucks. Increase the base time to regen her seeds, reduce her self or ally damage buff %, reduce the duration of her buffs, reduce the radius of her sleep…do literally anything except this type of nerf where we have to relearn the hero’s mechanical feel.
Agreed, as a mantis main, the easiest way to nerf mantis was to reduce her damage output a little as that is where she’s kinda OP. Reducing her movement speed is low IQ move. Idk what these devs are thinking. I regret spending money on this game now. I broke my own rule of sinking 350 hrs at least before putting money into a free game but I drank the kool aid and thought the devs couldn’t do wrong. Seriously some of these changes are idiotic

While he'll have higher base health, his effective health when using his e will be slightly reduced. Factor in the constant damage and healing when he goes in, and he should be noticeably less tanky.

The Hawkeye thingy is huge. 17 less HP at max compared to 50 more HP the rest of the time seems decent. 700 effective HP in his passive is already a lot. 700 effective HP with his skill would be huge buff.
Where do you get those numbers bro? I don't understand, if 40% of 350 is 140 if we add up will be 490 and 50% of 300 is 150 if we add up us 450 in total, where you getting those numbers
@@ElLacrita He is talking about damage reduction , we get 50% damage reduction we effectively get DOUBLE the HP. How you may ask? if 50% damage was reduced then we will only take 50% of the damage and 100/50 = 2 and 2*300 (previous health) = 600hp
Now let's see for the new S1 change-
now we have 40% damage reduction so we only take 60% of the damage , 100/60 = 5/3 and (5/3)*350 (new health) = 583.33

Effective health is base health x defence, meaning to kill a wolverine using his e before the patch, you need to deal 600 damage. Post patch, he'll take 3/5 (60%) damage with base 350 health, therefore 5/3 of 350 is his effective health.
Psylock ult would ignore the barrier and hit magneto, this is a nerf

im hoping they make the game better on low fps like console, it makes some of the heros kinds trash. the speed difference on all heros for 50-60fps on xbox series x vs a pc running 120-240fps is kinda insane. very noticable with black panther and wolverine

"you gotta be careful with her" is the way the devs designed and balanced Black Widow. Balanced as if she won three World championships in a row. Meanwhile others got balanced as if it was their first day at Kindergarten.
Result: black Widow is a failed character design and wasted slot of the roster in her current state. And the "buffs" in season 1 are not gonna change that.

@ i think ur exaggerating a bit because she _is_ weirdly designed but the issues of her kit and everything just come down to the balancing
because they addressed what id believe would be _some_ of the big issues to be, such as her sprint taking too long to recharge, and her kick being too hard to hit
theres definitely still stuff they need to address tho, like being unable to sprint while reloading, and her batons just being flat out _useless_ in terms of damage AND range(i WISH there was more incentive to use them because they seem like theyd be actually interesting to use if they werent useless), but i dont think shes such a massive failure in terms game design like you say she is

@keiz5052 idk how much you played her but it is clear to me that her biggest problem by far is the reload after every shot.
If she is designed to not be able to headshot kill then it is a departure from the core of this archetype and questionable why she even exist.
Playing her is just playing on hard mode for no reason other than liking sniping. Hela is just better.
This is actually a big nerf to Wolverine's power spike & effectiveness in his role, but a heightening of his power floor. He has less EHP (583 vs 600 on live) with his E active. This is even more pronounced with how healing works with damage reduction (due to his EHP increase going from +100% to +66% with these changes). Healing was worth 2x as much on Wolverine than other heroes, and would increase his effective health pool accordingly, which is now much less pronounced.
Since Wolverine was rarely going in & using his whole health bar with CD's down, this change is much less beneficial than detrimental.
