It was by pure accident that I found this song while browsing through MegaMan: The Wily Wars' sound test around this time in 2017, and promptly realized this was a song that I hadn't heard for at least 15 years and remember liking a lot. It still sounds as good as ever to me in 2019, and here it is again: Wily Tower Stage 2 from MegaMan: The Wily Wars.

It's really unfitting for a Wily stage, but great enough that it's easily forgiveable.
