Can you please help me with below query I have added generic email box as additional email but emails which are sent from this reflectis in generic mailbox sent items... How to change it so all emails will reflect in my sent items... Thank you for your help
Hi Mandar, Is the Generic mailbox a shared mailbox from your company? Probably you don´t have full access to the mailbox. If Sent on behalf access is granted, all mails send from that mailbox will reflects in sent items of the mailbox itself.
dear kelvin I have 3 emails in outlook. first is from hotmail, second is from gmail, & last one is personal domain email. i want to send emails bydefault from that personal domain. but when i click on new mail. by default email is from my hotmail account. while my personal domain email address is shown checked marked in defaults. how to solve that?
Hi, Thanks for watching my video. The solution is very simple. Go to your Account Settings, In Account Settings (Email Account), select your domain account as the default. In the same Account Settings, click Data Files and select your domain email as the default. Close outlook and open it again. Your domain account will now change to the default account for new emails. Please confirm if this works or not.
Selection of data files as default reports an error: "the selected outlook data file (.pst) must use the same format as offline outlook data file (.ost). Select a matching outlook data file (.pst) or turn off cache mode in the account settings."
