Mailbox 200: Toxic Secret City

Kyrgyzstan adventure continued from Osh to Mailuu-Suu, in the Jalal-Abad region. We had a three-hour stop to explore a former Soviet secret city, now considered one the world's top 10 most radioactive places. The architecture truly stood out from all the other Soviet towns I've visited. And the nuclear waste burial sites definitely felt eerie. Enjoy!

They have the olympic symbol because those stadiums, bus stops etc were built to commemorate the 1980 moscow olympics and those stadiums were built during those years
