Love the design of the space. What is the width of the living room trying to see if I can do something similar with my space.
I am in south America and I wish you could do my apartment (i have 3 rooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and living room), since this is the style I am in love with, but I feel like I'm failing because I either overdo with things or I simplify too much and it all looks "sterile white" :(

I’ve always found hanging curtain rods so maddening. The curtain tracks in this apartment are so elegant and smooth. Can you post an Installation Tutorial for the tracks and curtains, hopefully with hacks for renters.

the thing about using command strips to hang artwork is that it you can see it from the edge because it elevates the frame. its a nitpicky thing but thought id call it out for anyone who wants to try it.

This is so beautifully done! I was looking at the Bestia units yesterday evening to figure out a storage solution for my art supplies, but that idea of the board on top is genius!
The idea of adding Formica to a basic Ikea unit was inspired (and looked so easy) - I’m a bit surprised the unit came without a hole already in situ for passing wires/plugs etc through though,

I have a similar coloured dining table and low back chairs, to my eye it is so much nicer than high backed chairs.
I was surprised to learn Ikea make panels for the tops of units, just adds that bit of class.

I like that our design is "clean" but warm and doable. Like this is a place a real person can live in. This design looks like it could rely on Structube and Ikea. I admit I do love the drama of an all white almost minimalist look but that rarely works for real people.

This was very impressive: a millionaire-style apartment with IKEA-based budget. For me the video had a lot of "that was a great idea" and "this guy is really good at this" moments and after watching the whole video I'd probably just opt for oak-tone clock, and a simpler key-bowl (something very similar to the one in the video, but without legs, to make it more stable). Keep up the great work, you have just earned another subscriber.

I very much enjoyed watching the video and your whole process in putting together the ideal place for your client. I often face something similar; just in a different line of work as a contractor. I have been giving some thought to ways I can show the client and at the same time, the client can collaborate with me in the development of the home creation. I am curious to know what software and or apps do you use throughout building out of space. I heard you mentioned Pinterest but didn't hear any other mentions of other programs. Please help me buy to provideing that. Thank you
