    This was very easy for me to comprehend 🥰 you could also mess around with different shaped beads to add different textures such as bicone beads, cube beads, round, flat etc...

      Yes, you can definitely add in different beads in each loop to create texture and interest. Glad you liked it!

    Awesome instructions, thank you!! Of all the teachers on this stitch including the very famous ones who waffle on far too much - ( except for Ruby Lockwood .. I love her chit chat and that crazy parrot of hers!), but yours is the best-explained and easiest to follow instructional video OF THEM ALL!! To make my matching bracelet, earring & necklace set in this triple spiral stitch I used 3 different silver-lined blue colors of Preciosa Sz 11/0 seed beads, including Dark Sapphire S/L, Dark Aqua S/L, and Aqua S/L, with the Aqua S/L Sz 6/0 for my core beads as well. I also went back over every loop and, using peyote stitch, I added tiny 2mm Swarovski Bicone Crystals per loop in Deep Montana Blue staggered throughout the design so they really 'pop'- and it looks AWESOME with my new dress in blue, all ready for some Summer dazzle : ) I can't wait for the compliments. Thank you so much for being such a great teacher! (The extra thread pass to add the tiny crystals definitely strengthens the loops but it does mean that a Sz 6/0 core bead with a large hole is absolutely necessary in place of the Sz 8/0 : ) But the extra cost for the crystals, and the extra time and effort to embellish the loops with crystals was sooooo worth it!! I can't wait to start one in violets and purples to go with a different outfit !! I'M HOOKED!!

    • @TheBeadClubLounge
      @TheBeadClubLounge  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      I'm glad you liked the video. 🙂 I use open jump rings but you have to make sure they're closed properly or you'll have the problem you did. You can use closed jump rings, if you prefer. I like to use open ones just in case something happens to the clasp so I can change it out. Just personal preference.

      @@TheBeadClubLounge have you ever used a bead for the end? Just wondering. Would I be able to go through bead three instead of 4 I see it makes a little point at top and get just a little loose....idk why I can't get one section and the rest ok at 4. Thank you

    • @TheBeadClubLounge
      @TheBeadClubLounge  5 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@emmessgee5864 You just need to pull one end of the beading thread through the needle so you'll have a long piece and a shorter one. As you work, pull the short end so it doesn't get sewn into your work. Hope that makes sense.

    I really liked your tutorial; very clear. I've been watching beading tutorials for over a year now working up the patience needed to do it. Been making strung jewellery for 15 years, then a few years ago started experimenting with wire weaving (another lesson in patience) & really like it, but admit it still frustrates me as my ideas don't always translate as easily & seamlessly as I want them to. Sigh...such is the learning curve.
    Anyways...I really like this bracelet & have several questions, one of which you answered re using a larger core bead. I like big pieces of jewellery; is t here any reason I can't use a lot more beads (than 7) for each strand (and mabe even slighter bigger ones) to make it "fluffier"? I was also envisioning adding a dagger bead in the middle of each strand (or every other, or??) to add texture; or even different sizes/shapes of beads (not drastically different, though). This pattern looks like it could be manipulated a lot.
    I don't don't have a facebook page, just a sign on to look @ things that might interest me; so I checked out your site. I appreciate how organized & easy to access it is; also, good info.
    Thanks, and I just subscribed.

    • @TheBeadClubLounge
      @TheBeadClubLounge  6 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Well thank you very much for your compliment and for signing up! I am glad the tutorial was clear and has you considering walking over to the dark side of bead stitching lol. I tried wirework and it was not for me but I so admire some of the jewelry I've seen! Anyway, you can definitely do so much to change up this beading pattern! That's the beauty of beadweaving and this particular stitch really lends itself to manipulation. You can do all of the ideas you have. The only thing I will point out is that using Dagger beads, because they are quite long and will extend out a bit may not be great if you're making a necklace that has to sit on your chest. But, they could work for a bracelet for sure. Try it out and see. If you want more ideas, you can always Google Triple Spiral Stitch and click on Images to get plenty of inspiration.
