Why would Claw escape from prison and immediately go to the island where he encountered Blanka, especially when the whole reason he broke out was because he saw him on a news report in the Middle East? Wouldn't he have gone there first? Why would he ever even think Blanka would be on that island all the time, anyway?

If the they only knew that they could have sent in Blanka-chan and that would bring everyone together. Blanka could just walk around in a trench coat and hat like the Ninja Turtles and The Thing and nobody would ever bother him. Also, why is Chun wearing her costume visibly under her business suit? Looks like if Superman skipped the button up shirt and still wore the rest of the Clark Kent disguise. Chun and Guile not being able to hit Blanka with the Kikoken and Sonic Boom show how bad charge characters really are.
Imagine seeing some giant green muscular feral looking man with sharp teeth looking mad and not expecting to get mauled when going all like "Ooo what is that I thought animals were meant to ride in cargo!?" Dumbass lol.
So I just realized. If you can become Blanka and Guile's student in Street Fighter 6... You can give a character both of their movesets. And with the character creation, you can make your own version of Carlos "Charlie" Blanka.

Think about it out of context, people who illegally fight on the streets and make people bet on them solve world peace..! Then again most game and cartoon concepts don't make sense out of context. Mushroom loving Italian plumber goes somewhere there's hills with eyes and jumps on turtles to save a princess.
Maybe I'm misremembering, but I think in the Street Fighter 2: V anime, Vega wears the mask as symbolic way of removing his humanity. He was still vain, but I don't think he had any scars on his face.

Wouldn't have to bring up the whole Nash thing since this was before SFV was even conceived.

Taking elements from that series of games (especially since this game came out a year after the cartoon ended) since the games actually reference the Blanka/Charlie connection via Easter egg. Honestly, my idea of a Blanka clone works well since it's nonsense based on a plot from the games like how they adapted the Cammy is Bison's lover mistake from Super.

Later they hear news that Bison was in the Amazon Rainforest and that's where they run into the REAL Blanka and the reason why Charlie looked similar to Blanka was because they used Blanka's blood in the DNA mutagen after hearing about a legendary creature in the rainforest and wanting it's power. So when they failed to recruit Blanka they decided to make a clone of him. Boom! Charlie is now back to normal and you still get Blanka in the cartoon at the same time as well as explain why Charlie looked like Blanka from the get go: Because he had Blanka's DNA in him.

Season 2 this show went from fun-stupid to irredeemably stupid on the turn of a dime, so I never watched past ep 2-2, so I'm in uncharted territory here. Yep. I will give this show a thumbs up for attempting to make some ongoing stories like Blanka's Hulk moments and Lover Bee Cammy but this show did go from fun-stupid to more serious stupid and Ken stole the fun-dumb episodes Seriously, the better Season 2 episodes are all ones involving Ken and Ryu. Can't say they're all as good as Season 1's but there are some goodies despite numerous fuckups.

This show is making me dislike Blanka quite a bit. And I already wasn't a fan.
Season 2 this show went from fun-stupid to irredeemably stupid on the turn of a dime, so I never watched past ep 2-2, so I'm in uncharted territory here. SO many thoughts...
-The sheer fucking hubris of this d-teir cartoon even putting the middle east clusterfuck into its mouth...
-Guile telling Blanka to go somewhere, me thinking "yeah, go see that inconceivably hot Hawaiian cutie that was totally DTF 4 or 5 episodes ago", and that's actually what he did! LOL, great minds think alike!
-Hey Guile, hot take here, but maybe Blanka is no longer fit for active duty.

Yep. I will give this show a thumbs up for attempting to make some ongoing stories like Blanka's Hulk moments and Lover Bee Cammy but this show did go from fun-stupid to more serious stupid and Ken stole the fun-dumb episodes
Seriously, the better Season 2 episodes are all ones involving Ken and Ryu. Can't say they're all as good as Season 1's but there are some goodies despite numerous fuckups.
Street Fighter's knockoff of Freddy and Jason combined was the 3rd most annoying character in Street Fighter II the games but is kinda funny in the cartoon
