Would love to see a mirages phase armor cooldown reduction run. Feels very strong. Especially with the repair beam and maybe some zealots to hold ground.
I've been testing it A LOT, it's damn good but only if you have another air based commander to help you win air like a han n horner, reynor or vorazun. If you do and always win air you will wipe enemy ground almost all of the time
As far as ive seen i dont think cooldown effects the phase armor sadly
I'm not sick of this brawl in the slightest. The amount of shenanigans that triple auras has been providing is frankly, quite astounding!
There is always something satisfying about watching your builds... I think its that everything is always in nice, neat, patters in your staging area. My OCD thanks you sir.
I love making an asymmetrical mess with my waves. Drives people nuts, but every now and then I break the other team's concave and it's all worth it.
Do we want to see 23 Armor roaches? Heck yes!
A thing to note: In the normal coop, witnesses's detetection and vision range expands to match their boost range when they deploy, i'm not sure if that's the case in direct strike, but it was intended to avoid the "cant detect properly while boosting" thing you mentioned
i like how two weeks ago everyone thought 75%cdr was unbeatable, and by the end of this week we all now understand the true power of +range tanks
I'd like to see +6 armor roaches and/or +90 hp roaches with biomass

cooldown reduction is great for mengsk, you can get your marauders on perma stimpack
You mean, in this game, TYCHUS can get marauders on perma stimpack. Because lets be real if he built any frontline royal guard unit(marauder for instance) it would make for a prime mindcontroll target.

i wonder what a triple shadow siege tank / earthsplitter looks like...
Double shadow is already insane, been playing mengsk a lot with this brawl. Siege tanks get ridiculously strong with 1.5 attack speed (double shadow) and earthsplitter is amazing at stopping and sort of host spam with a little bit of micro.

After you spoke about the roaches I tried it and got +6 armor first try. The total is 21 armor.

Ahh the aegis guards have high grade stimpack? They are really good with cooldown.
They do, but against tychus that would have been an absolutely terrible idea anyway.
Tanks are fun. Super Roaches seem even more fun. I always love a good swarm game

With the Abby Roaches, I'll settle for at +4 Roaches. If you get more, that's great, but don't go crazy trying for +6.
Full armour roaches would be phenomenal
If your going to do armor roaches you might as well go all out.
Bring some willing subjects and make them play raynor and mengsk.
let raynor go all healers for the 25% damage reduction and let mengsk for the blackhammer armor upgrade and the imperial witnesses. :D

As soon as the siege tanks got into position the main bases health just disappeared also I wanna see some up-armored roaches
Roaches with +4 armour and +8hp/s are also pretty crazy.

Absolutely funny moment today, 2nd game of weekly brawl today I got triple earth first time as abathur today. The enemy players could not hold out for more than 10 minutes in front of the tanky 17 armor roachs.

I dont care how long it takes, I want to see roaches with 20+ armor!
I want to see the armor roaches, but I also want to see a triple blood or something close to that with high life regen
any shenanigans with roaches would be fun, and if you can't get 23 armour then get blood and make them immortal

Explosion is good but Unkillable Roached sound more interesting than that.

A trick I've learned against tych when playing meng is to put my expensive units in the back and a line of medivacs up front. Tych will mind control the medivacs and it's a hilarious troll when they invest in so many mind controls and it does nothing 😂😂 meanwhile my wave mops the floor with them because they have no dps.
Swarm mengsk with tank auras is kinda nice (Lings, Mutas, Ultras if needed at that point, Witness - All of which can go off the regular upgrades too which are of course cheaper, or not more expensive)
Disagree with ‘needing’ hard gas as mengsk, at least not for xp, always going to have the same ratio of minerals to xp, gas won’t change that - Just need to actually use units that aren’t just pure royal guards
I’ve seen +5 armor abathur, and it’s super scary, roaches and leviathan both. +6 would reduce anyone not getting damage ups to nothing from what I’ve seen lol
where do you play this? the only direct strike i can find is the vanilla one :(
