I use a pump bottle for my acetone and brush cleaner. It saves me from messes and spills that can happen while pouring acetone into a dappen dish, and I don't have to worry about a large amount of acetone evaporating while I work, I only have 1-2mL sitting on the pump bottle top at a time.
