Hi there! If you want to check in to use the lounge, the check in desk is located on the 23rd floor just to the right as you enter the lounge. For checking into your room, there is a dedicated check in line at the lobby level.

The luggage transfer service is convenient, but if the customary tip is $3-5, tipping is definitely out of control!
It can definitely add up when you have lots of pieces of luggage. For us, we had only 4 pieces of luggage and we tipped the concierge $15.
