Great build. I commented that there was a 1969 Dodge Charger Daytona built with the mod top but TH-cam won’t let me post the link. So you all have to take my word for it. It was a bright metallic green with the green mod top. Love your work Frank.
Wild Cherry over Sunset Yellow (or was it orange), is beautiful. I doubt I could have a real car with that color scheme, but I'd love to have a car in Wild Cherry. ...and I don't even like red. I agree with the other commenter, the silver stripe really makes the colors pop. Very impressive finish, and the tires are awesome too.
Both bodies look beautiful to me, but that silver stripe really sets it off on the second. I love those Monogram/ Revell Mustang kits, and yours is looking fantastic.
👍Nice build. Speaking of water bags. My blue ox street rod, 49 Ford, will have a FoMoCo water bag from a 67 Mustang. If anyone says it’s not period correct, I won’t invite them to my birthday party.😂The 427 Cobra engine and 1988 Ford NASCAR chassis aren’t period correct either 😮. Anyway I’m gonna try blue fishing line for the washer fluid lines. Have a Merry Christmas 🎁. I like the center line rims👏👏👏👍and your paint scheme.
Now you've done it, I'm rewatching this video while on the Scale Finishes website ordering HOK Wild Cherry. I think I want to try it over Silverwhite Pearl. I spent a lot if time today researching "candies," I really didn't know or understand how they differed from pigmented paint. I also decided to get some similar straight colors, and one I found I like is 1968 Dodge Burgundy. Anyway, thanks for showing us these colors.
Looks awesome Frank! The wheels look amazing. I like how you did the silver stripe. I'm struggling with how I want to split the 2-tone paint on my GMC.
She’s Gorgeous! Frank ! The mustang not you!!🤣🤣🤣 Not sword 🍆fighting you Frank! 🤣🤣🤣👍🏻no one I mean no one can beat Charlie Macks Stash!!🥸Merry Christmas buddy! 🎄🎁

Awesome work on the model. And that engine... WOW!
That’s the best engine I’ve seen! The AN fittings reflect nice! Stunning paint!
She coming along well. Love the body!!! I think the enamel would be fine. Let it cure for awhile, sand and apply more coats. I'll be watching
I love everything you did but really love that paint job.

Both are gorgeous. Those colors work well together. I think the stripe helps a bit.
the combo of paint looks great it needed the line to break it up im also compulsive on spots they come from the elves at night when no one is looking
I would be very happy with the results on first body. The results for second are unattainable for me. Spectacular paint work!
I love this build!! I can't wait to see it finished!!
I don’t know they both look pretty great from here. Awesome work.
Nice

No header dumps ? :)
@@thomastims9583 they don’t even look like headers…I just used the exhaust manifolds that came with the kit.
Excellent video as always Frank!! You mentioned you print your own decals. Do you use Adobe illustrator or something else to make decals???
@@Blaze5107 Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop…love them!
@FranksModelWorks thank you for your response and sharing your talent
Dude, Chevy wheels won't fit a Ford. Just kidding Frank, that model is gorgeous! Please don't call me a neck beard.
