Middlesbrough is the new Nigeria. Almost every street you go you'll find a Nigeria. It's a budding small city with prospect for economic development. Nice video 😊.
The jobs over there pay minimum wage because the cost of living is relatively low compared to London, Edinbugh, Glasgow etc. Jobs around London or in places close to London pay slightly higher cos the cost of living is higher. So, it balances out. You are better off living far away from London and looking for a job that allows you work remotely or get a job in the city closest to the village where you live so you can manage your resources. Immigrants, especially those still going through the process of extension or renewal of their status should avoid living close to London or in London. There is no point as you will be stressed. If you live in the midlands for instance, look for jobs in and around Birmingham, Wolverhampton etc or any of the big towns. Same goes if you live in Middlesbrough.
I live in France,French and is a Boro Football Club Fan since late 90s and I wonder how can I do to come to Middlesbrough. Maybe teatching French at the Teeside University.
True lot of people don't do research before moving aboard like Canada United Kingdom 🇬🇧🏴 or USA . They think moving aboard once there get there get job quick like that. My advice is any one moving abroad do yr research before moving aboard before facing hash reality of living abroad . Make sure u get apartment before moving there and also look for jobs that's country as well 👍👍💯
Thinking you can leave your kids back home for a year then bring them is a fallacy. Ask people your parents age, five, ten years will pass, your kids will still be back home. You will have other kids whilst your abroad, resentment sets in with the ones left back. When you finally bring them they will rebel and there will be a two tier system in your household. Not advisable
This is happening to myself and my siblings... my parents left 15yrs ago and left 3 of us here (girls) and they had twins over there in the UK (boys) up till now the family is still divided myself and sisters are still back here in Nigeria and we see our younger boys like a distance family... I can really relate... I can't leave my kids no matter what o, we are going together
