Just a bit though. You can scare yourself at 5mph with just a few wet leaves, sand, gravel etc. Lessons become terminal at triple digits.

I find that as a newbie riding on the highway or twisty roads is relatively easy as long as you don't go mad and ride like a bat out of hell. The really exhausting and stressful bit is riding in really dense urban rush hour traffic.
Riding through 3-5 lanes on surface streets with stop lights is definitely worse than the freeway in my opinion. You have a ton of people all trying to get in the lane moving 2mph faster than the one they are in or running through a yellow at 20mph over and all kinds of other stupid activities. What exacerbates the problem is you generally don't have room to move in as you are surrounded by vehicles. Ideally I want to be passing the guy in front of me at +5-10mph always till I am in front not as easy in 3 lanes of urban traffic.
Rural roads are a blast but where I live they also have something to rival the stupidity of a bad driver. Deer. Stupidest animal ever in regards to how streets and their life ending relates.

yeah I hate stalling when I'm in front of like a long line of cars which makes me panic and stall again... and again haha
I feel this so deep. The first time I rode on the road, I had a panic attack. I was test driving the bike I actually ended up buying. The sounds, the cars, it was in an unfamiliar busy street, I almost immediately decided not to ride. But I pushed through it, and even though the bike place was 10 mins away I had them deliver it to me. First week I just went around in circles in my neighborhood, then I would go on the main road near my house and turn back, after a week I was so bored going around my neighborhood that I decided to go on the road and it was a BLAST. A month later, I already wanted something faster and was kicking myself for getting a slow bike. From panic attack to wanting something faster already. My advice to anyone reading is if you don't feel comfortable riding it on the road yet, don't get discouraged but also don't do it. You don't want your first ride to end bad because you were super anxious. Have them deliver it to you, and ride through your neighborhood/less busy roads, there's no shame in it and you'll be riding on the road in no time :)

Exactly the path I took! Bought the little BMW G310r I used at the msf….had them deliver it as well. Took my time in the neighborhood….a month later…I wanted a 600!
But….stuck with the bmw for 2 seasons and now I have a triumph trident 660..and absolutely love it. 👍🏼
I didn’t even test drive my crf300L I would have had to make a 2 hour drive on 285 like 5-6 lanes I almost get hit in my 1500 pick up

I remember my first time hitting 45 on a little ass 50cc scooter. I was scared shitless. I was fine at 15 20 and 30 but 40+ makes me a little nervous on a 180 pound scooter that has like 10 inch wheels

Fr I've only done like 25 on a little scooter before, going 30 on a proper bike was intense but going up to 45 was like God damn. Once I hit a highway going 55 with wind gusts, shit was scary.
Still remember the first time. Went out to a used bike shop about 30 minutes away. $3500 bucks in hand and a Vulcan 750 on my mind. After the paperwork and what not was done it was time to ride home. After about 10 minutes of oh shit moments everything started to feel natural. That 30 minutes away turned into an hour and a half cruise. It truly felt terrifying and amazing.

I thankfully had a friend who had been riding for years. He went riding with me and I followed him. Started on small roades and then worked our way up to a busier road.. highly recommend riding with a more experienced rider your first time or two.

@patrykruzylo374 not at all we rode fairly side by side when there was minimal traffic so we went just under the speed limit. Definitely no chasing.were both very safety conscious.

I regretted the first 3 days of owning my new motorcycle. By the end of the week however I was addicted and couldn’t get enough. My biggest piece of advice to brand new riders is to learn from an MSF course and to keep riding and practicing (at your own pace)
Lol, I'm from Europe and we don't have any msf courses, to learn I simply picked up a bike and started riding. I made lots of mistakes and fallen plenty of times but I can now ride without any issues 😂😂😂

The first day I rode a decade ago, I took my bike on the main streets for the first time ever. Speed limit was 45 and when I finally looked down I was going 25 😂 feels so fast

@@athernandez666 don’t get overwhelmed. I have been riding almost every day for the past 6 months and it felt like second nature after the first 2 weeks. Practice U-turns often at first. Also, I ride the same way that I drive my car and truck. I have had no issues on the road beyond the normal situations that you would experience in any other automobile.
I tried to avoid the highway my first day riding, but I missed a turn. I was either getting on the highway or busting a uturn and driving against traffic. After a few miles I looked down and was doing 90 passing a semi. Too much fun.

The first “legal” ride for me was AMAZING. Knew instantly that motorcycling was just what I was looking for in my life!!!

Less than a year ago I rode my first bike home, 650 vstar. Stalled countless times, widest turns known to man, forgot to turn off my signals, etc. Thankfully I had a friend follow behind me and made it over the hump. Last weekend I rode a ninja 1000sx. Never give up! Take a rider course, gear up and ride!

Hell yah bro, getting into riding soon. I probably chose one of the hardest bikes to ride. Going to purchase a American iron horse texas chopper. I’ve been riding dirt bikes my whole life but I know this is going to be a different beast! Just got to respect the bike and take it slow
As someone from Germany, it’s crazy how easily you can get a license. Here you have to take like 14 1,5 hour theoretical courses and even more practical courses on public roads, on the highway and at night, and only then you even get to do the exam, which is really strict (also on the street). In the end you pay like 2k€ for the whole thing.
Same here in Denmark, but it really pays off compared to America
3 dollars and 30 days with a permit here in Virginia USA or you can pay like 150-300 $ and get it in 2 days with a course regardless of how you do it you can go to your local dealership and buy a h2 if you felt compelled before you’ve even had any seat time 🤣🤣

This is the video I needed. I’m 44 and just finished the msf course a week ago. That was the very first time I ever rode a bike. I got a bike now and I’ve been practicing but im incredibly nervous about getting out on the road. That said, this video, along with the comments, is helping me build the confidence to give it a go.
I was in the same position and I’m about the same age. Going around the neighborhood and parking lot drills helped me. Confidence grew slowly and I’d venture out further and further each time I went out. I’m still learning and just cruising around feels like freedom and an adrenaline rush each time. I love it.
It’s so weird reading these comments 9 months later after watching this video and just passing the MSF course myself 😂 I started on Honda cbr600rr which I had delivered to the house while I was taking the course lol. I remember being so nervous to ride it that I waited till I had my license in hand just to go around the neighborhood. I also remember reading comments from people who were in my shoes about a year prior and saying how much fun they were having and the progress they had made and I couldn’t wait for that to be me. Fast forward 9 months and now im the guy who can say that! I bought my bike new in September of last year and already have 4700 miles on it. I ride every chance I get. I’ve had close calls but I’ve learned from them and it’s made me a better rider! I’m constantly learning. If anyone is a new rider and reads this, remember to ride your own ride, respect the bike, and take your time. No need to rush. Make sure you watch out for people making left turns at intersections!!! You’ll be fine and in time you’ll be coming here to read comments of others who are just starting out with 9 months under your belt 😂
I know the first time I got out on the road on my motorcycle it was scary.. But the more I did it the less scary it became, until it didn't scare me at all, and then the real enjoyment of riding started to set in. Which is why I keep riding, and cant wait to get back out there.

The part where he says not to do something if you’re not comfortable doing it, just to take it slow, is basically the essence of learning how to ride on the streets and the highway. That’s what I’ve been doing. Took the MSF course, got a bike and have been slowly easing my way onto the roads more and more. Started out practicing in a parking lot, then went out on some backroads, then around the neighborhood, then around town, then graduated to a small highway. Interstate is next for me, but I won’t do it until I’m fully comfortable. So far it’s been a few months, but each time I go out I feel like I get a little better.
Bought my first bike today after taking the MSF course a few days ago. The bike shop was a hour away in the mountains and rode it back all the way. My anxiety was through the roof and the first 10 mins I thought that I made a mistake. By the end of the ride I was loving it and didn’t want to stop.
This is how I feel lol getting a bike this year. Live in Colorado. Can’t wait to get on my bike for the first ride though.
The best advise I got about wind was to push your knees away from the bike like sails. If it's pushing left, put your right knee out and modulate it for balance
Why not just counter steer? It works pretty well

I was in a serious accident early on when I was a kid. It took me out of riding for a long time. Got back on it a little over a year ago and found that I remembered most of the the mechanics of riding but the fear of it was greater than the first time I got on, before the accident. I’m happy I’ve pushed through it though. I still have a healthy amount of respect for my bike and for the risks involved, much more than when I was a kid and that’s a great thing. I love it so much though.
See this is the part that scares me the most, not really me causing the accident, more about the drivers that drive with their head in their ass and don't watch for motorcycles.

@@That_Stinger_GT5 motorcycling is the most dangerous in america because of ignorant drivers, motorcycling is dangerous in saudi because the car drivers there fucking hate bikers. I remember in 2004 i was driving and saw in front of me a saudi camry push a biker off the road and cause the bike to probably get damaged from the amount of sand at that speed.
I literally just finished my first ride today, bringing it home from the person I bought it from about 70 miles away through a twisty costal road. Yes I found it somewhat overwhelming, I expected it to feel a little like that but my lowspeed confidence was a fair bit lower than I anticipated.
Also, I found the ride more taxing than I expected, it's just a more physical activity than driving and also took a bit more concentration than I would need in a car.
I went in knowing I'm a noob, I went in knowing I know very little and I had one mission, get home safe, and that was mission accomplished.
I found myself having to repeatedly remind myself to relax and release tension, not too often, but more then a couple times, and the bike responded positively each time I did.
I should stress that I did enjoy it, it was fun, a little intimidating but still fun. This is the start of a long adventure, my shaky first steps, but with practice the confidence will come.
Now the hard work begins, actual repetitive practice and skills training courses to build actual skills, and with them confidence.
From my (very very) limited experience, enjoy the apprehension and nerves too, it's a part of the journey, it won't always be there, and it's a tool to stop you doing dumb stuff.

I took mine out for the first time yesterday and the build-up to me actually getting on the bike was so scary... I was pacing up and down my apartment, telling myself that I can do it, it's not gonna be as bas as I think. And as I was speaking to myself I was putting on my gloves and fetching my helmet, next thing I knew I had started my bike and there I went... just drove around the neighborhood. When I got back I was so glad I went for a ride.
The first time I took my bike onto a highway was the best experience i've ever had. That feeling of having nothing around you traveling at 60mph... ahhh
Just had my clutch cable break on a ride, luckily it was only a few miles from my house. Needless to say lights and intersections were a learning experience. DO YOUR REGULAR MAINTENANCE!
i mean what kind of maintenance do you need to do to a clutch cable when it breaks you replace it happened multiple times not a big deal riding whitout clutch
@@cristianseminario7899 you could replace it before it breaks too, they’re not even expensive or hard to change it takes 5 minutes. Also if you live downtown or something riding with out a clutch is going to be hell on your transmission unless you get running next to it and pop it into first
@@monkmoto1887 well duh problem is when you can't see it everytime it happened the cable came off the cast pin basically you can't see if it's breaking until it breaks and yes of course you push it and put in first it's not like the bike will ever move if you put in first whitout a clutch from a stop. bike transmission are strong clutchless shifting is the norm even on older bikes

just broke my first chain, by some miracle I was pulling out of a gas station doing 10mph tops. I had just been doing 90+ on the interstate, I felt so fuckin blessed, don't even wanna think about how bad it coulda been. Needless to say I check my chain before every ride now, takes like ten seconds to not have a potentially fatal accident.

My Ninja 400 didn't scare me, but I wasn't expecting it to be as fast as it was. I put on 5,000 miles my first season, and I'm already looking for a 2nd bike.
Keep the Ninja 400 when you get the 2nd bike, I own 6. A thousand, 600, big cruiser, tourer, little scrambler and the 400. Still use the 400 on a daily basis as my all rounder, so so good.

My first time on a bike, I rode straight into a fence. I was focusing so hard on not stalling that I forgot to turn.
I am so happy that it's kinda hard to get an mc license in Denmark. 29 theory lessons, 4 lessons on a closed track with an instructor before you hit the road, 13 lessons on the road in all different conditions and finally 5 lessons MSF-type course. You have to pass the theory test first and then a practical test, where you start off showing your skills on a course then on the road :)
When you finally get to go on your own bike, you have a pretty good idea what you're doing. I've never dropped my bike, but I did drop one in training. :)
And you get to ride with a side car. I'm over 24 so my first bike did scare me anyway.
@@thorhansen5462 Yeah, the side car thing was fun. I was 48 when I got my license (for car too). At the first track exercise I felt 50 km/h was CRAZY fast. The EU2 test was my bane though :)

Yeah, I dropped my bike in training 3 times while trying to corner with 5 km/h :).....But then when we are set to go on the road, we go like ducks to water.
30 days of theory, 4 months of practice.....
After that, I went on to get my bike from another county :)), and a friend from across the country :))....
MSF courser are a joke with not even 1 day of time to ponder on what you are actually doing....
here in germany i went on the road my first day of riding. no closed track exercise.
What scared me the most on the highway was the 18wheelers…..be aware they have a push-pull factor when riding especially at high speeds and taking corners look where you’re going not where you’re at target fixation will make you mess up to say the least
Especially when there is a crosswind. You ride up next to one and that 20mph crosswind disappears so fast and then re-introduces itself just as quickly.
Im considering getting my first bike and there's a weird sense of comfort I get watching you cruise through Austin. Been here 14 years so it's kinda cool to see the streets I'll be riding. :)
I’ve experienced this just the last week. Luckily enough I was smart enough to do it just like you advised. Trips around my small neighborhood before jumping onto the El Camino. Only to stall from the pressure of being surrounded by so many people 🤦♂️
I didn’t give up and I’m better now, you just have to get over the embarrassment and not panic after the first stall like I did

Beautiful bike and beautiful sound. I really appreciate your videos. They've helped me more than the MSF course I took when it comes to real-world driving. Got a Chieftain Dark Horse because I'm a big 6'3" 340lbs guy and the bike was intimidating after the little trainer I was on. Had it for a week and all I could bring myself to do was toot around the neighborhood a bunch. Thanks to your tips, and applying them to my neighborhood jaunts, I was able to take it out on some "real" roads today. I had an absolute blast! Your advise is second-to-none and I thank you so very much for sharing it.

Having only had msf experience on a bike, I was definitely a bit scared/nervous but alert af riding my bike home 50 miles from the next city over. Trial by fire right there but went pretty smooth. Only thing that was spooky was it was a day of 20-25mph winds. At one point a gust was pushing me clear to the edge of the road so I was leaning a good little bit jus to get back in the lane position I was riding in.
The wind can be scary shit, all your aerodynamics (if you have any..) face forward, from the side you're just a giant sail. 5500ft above sea level across the moors, 50mph cross winds, at one point I had the bike leant over far enough to get round a 90 degree bend and it's still going straight... 😆 It's not so bad with traffic about, a bit of clever positioning and you can have them take most of the blasts for you.

Been watching your videos for 2 weeks now and signed up for the MSF course…got to meet with a R3 and learned basic things on it thanks to really good friends…now I bought an R3 and I regret nothing. Definitely scared of my bike lol but I love every second. As a Mustang owner and someone who likes to take high performance cars out for a track day…this is a new freedom. I don’t think I’ll ever look back.
Great video for people starting out. Your comment about keeping two hands on the bars brings up a great point for intermediate riders. I meet a lot of aspiring canyon carvers who are slow as shit and complain about arm pump. My advice to them is to start riding around with one hand. Start out easy on slow calm roads just like you recommended. Work your way up. It’ll passively teach you to hold the bike with your legs and support your body with your core. Leaving your hands free to work the controls instead of being clamped to the grips. It helps.
maybe its because im a "car guy" and i enjoy a bit of danger but I wasnt the least bit scared to ride a motorcycle on the road for the first time. maybe the MSF course also helped with fear too.

I loved the MSF course, I especially liked the fake bus avoidance part, speed at the instructor who has a cone wall representing a bus/truck, then he points left or right at the last second and you need to go from speed (in my case warp speed) to then turn around the cones and stop next to the bus and quickly.....I loved that part! The instructor would seriously test me by waiting until what seemed like I was going to run right over him ....( That swing of the bike is not for the timid!)..he knew I could do it, but liked testing my skills ... LOL 🤣 I had plenty of off-road skill, but not street, so I felt comfortable, but street riding is a whole different animal. The course was fun and learned a lot, would recommend it to anyone, well worth it, and FUN!

Just watch all cars and be prepared to be cut off at all times. In PHX i trust no one to drive right. HOV lanes are also your friend if there’s room on the median it has good escape routes for most things and usually they’re less crowded, HOV lanes also mean the major danger is on your right side only.

After a few months I was ripping 40 mph corners @ 70.

Learn TRAIL BRAKING, or at least how to use front brake in a corner.
Most accidents (here anyway) are due to too fast corner entry and NOT KNOWING HOW TO SLOW IN A CORNER.
I’m yet to get a bike, I am currently looking for an XR650 or KLR650 though. This video summed up the same feelings I had when I started driving my first car which happened to be a manual. All of my apprehensiveness and anxious eventually turned into excitement and joy. I’m hoping the same feelings apply when I get my bike. Super stoked!

I had the advantage of learning to ride in the dirt as a kid. Some things I had to unlearn, but it definitely helped. Gotta say, that R7 sounds pretty sweet, if a little loud. I would have killed for that bike when I was 20. And then probably hated the riding position, lol.
What did you have to unlearn when you moved over?
@@purplesweater1134 mostly the tendency to push the bike under me in corners, as one tends to do in the dirt. And to rely a lot more on the front brake. And I had to learn how to effectively counter steer.
x2 on the front brake and how to initiate a turn. The amount of force you can put in on the front brake of a street bike is so much greater than what you are allotted on dirt.

Seriously, your transparency and showing genuine vulnerability for what new riders go through is so refreshing to hear. I'm from NZ, and 4 weeks into owning my first road bike... A Husky Svartpilen 401... Hmmm, and I'll leave you to wonder who got me hooked on owning a Husky Svartpilen for my first bike ;-P A damn dream of a bike to own for my first. I still have to pinch myself. Anyway, I watched all 22mins of this vid and resonate with absolutely everything you said. I'm only 2 open road rides into my road biking journey and boy is it visceral the first time!! So many things for your mind think about and focus on... Not to mention, that wind!!! And the crosswinds moving your bike about beneath you! Boy does it take some getting used to. But I completely agree, it's a case of just getting out there and letting the experience soak itself into your muscle memory. Appreciate this video. Been wantin to ride my entire life and others scared the shit out of me with horror stories then dealin with drivers who dont pay attention scared me as well. My uncles and dad are no longer with us but theyve been tellin me to get my ass out there enjoy the life they did on 2 whls. So i bought my wife and i motorcycles gettin ready to do the msf course and we live in a very rural area with twist hard 90s some good hills and this seriously helped me acknowledge the fear and im bout to look at it straight in the face and handle it. Bought an 82 Honda CB900C as my first bike, wayyy too much for a beginner. It's absolutely a blast to ride, just over 100 miles under my belt now, and I'm beginning to get a good feel for how it handles and trusting myself to get a little more lean angle. Definitely a good idea to keep it slow and make your first mistakes and lower, safer, more manageable speeds
Thats some great advice about going around your own block/neighborhood. I remember every time I've gotten on a bigger bike, a more powerful bike etc , it always felt like getting on a motorcycle for the first time all over again learning how this new bigger more beastly machine performs. Breaking confidence, throttle control confidence, LEANING all that extra weight .. all instantly reset as if a total noob.

Haven't even taken the msf course yet, but I'm riding on the road. It's fairly simple if you drive safely. I've done countless hours of researching, though. I followed all the things that I knew, and it was fun. I was terrified of riding on the road before, because I fell and fucked up my arm. That's what led me to do my research on how to ride correctly.

I wanted a CBR500R or a Rebel 1100 however due to me height (6 foot 9) I felt most comfortable on a 2020 katana. 999cc and I'm scared shitless for my first ride lol sadly I don't have anyone to ride with nor have I taken a course. It was amazing! I had a 2020, it was only 474 lbs so light like a 600, didn't want to pop up into wheelies easily either unless wanted to! Made it 253km/h so fast but not like others! Easy to ride as well. I would highly recommend it! Just not for everyone's first bike ahaha

I bought my first bike in January after completing my CBT in the UK. I have been quite lucky as I work nightshifts so I get to ride on nice quiet roads. It took me a bit of time to trust the bike as all my solo riding since my CBT was on wet roads. Don't fussed to much about keeping to the speed limit, take it nice and slow at a safe pace. Learn how to sit on your bike. I was finding my wrists were hurting because I was too rigid so I learnt to relax a bit. It helps to have a slow as dirt bike which I have and I'm just taking it nice a steady. Also, in my first 2 weeks of solo riding I rode in REALLY thick fog for the first time which, I'm not going to lie, was very scary. Take your time and take it steady. And, most importantly, enjoy!

Ironically, fear, real fear, riding a motorcycle can get you killed.
Everything from grabbing too much brake and washing out or unloading the rear tire and kicking out, to target fixation and so on.
No matter what, be the Machine. Do what needs to be done, when it needs to be done.
Controlling the Self allows for controlling the bike.
You can panic all you want after it's all over and you're still Shiny Side Up.

This has probably calmed my nerves the most of anything I've seen / read / experienced so far, only been riding a few days and my first time on was taking my NSR for its MOT and then the return journey, and that scared the hell out of me, I'm glad to know that fear is pretty much universal when you first start riding, and that it'll pass with time and practice, I've been torturing myself with stress that I've wasted so much money over something I'm too afraid to commit to. Today I also finally bought my first motorcycle after taking the MSF. I was scared shitless! I live in northern Virginia and the peer pressure of not making a mistake has been brutal, especially when I’ve never driven manual. It’s gonna take sometime but my safety is the most important!

I'm so glad I watched this! I don't have a bike and I'm not planning to get one, but I grew up in Austin and I used to drive Spicewood Springs all the time! I even did some of my driver's ed on it! It was so fun to see it again and see you pass so many familiar sights.

I drove my motorcycle to my house about 40minutes away on my first day, I did a learning drive to Walmart and then I just hoped on the highway. I was totally caught off guard by how strong the wind is when you're going 80mph
I got used to it right away, I watched hours of TH-cam videos of other riders just to see how they turned, braked, etc

Thank you for this humble reminder to start slow! I'm waiting on the delivery of my first bike (2010 BMW F800R). During the test ride at the dealership I felt really confident, because of how easily it handled despite me not having ridden for three years since I got my license. Watching some beginner videos afterwards made me realize how much I still should learn and also how much I didn't get taught in driving school. I'll choose a Sunday to go to a bigger supermarket parking lot and follow your steps from there.

I just passed my MFS course & it was a tremendous help to get me comfortable with riding.
But now I just need to start riding on the main streets which can be nerve-racking.
Love my bike & I’m committed to this journey, it’s just getting over the fears of actually driving among live traffic & also stopping constantly in traffic.
Practice more comfort comes with confidence. Ride the neighborhood. There is no rush. Once muscle memory kicks in on shifting and breaking you are ready.
@@calvinbarriga195 don’t learn the way I learned, my parents who ride took me on vacation, and drove me in a car up about two or three hours away from home, stepmom rode up on her Harley and my mom drove us in the car.
I had passed the msf course months before this trip, but I had only ever rode a 250 scooter around the neighborhood maybe twice.
Well my stepmom goes home for some reason and has a family friend drive her back leaving her Harley, the next day she shows up on the family cb500x and tells me I will be riding it home and I have the next two days to practice for the two or three hour ride home.
I survived, I trusted the bike. I told myself that that bike was every bit as capable as a Harley bagger and that I could keep up with my stepmom.
Don’t do what I did, take your time, do whatever feels fun. You’ll be fine as long as you always are trying to improve, and never lose the beginner mindset
I’m a 38yr old woman and was yearning for yrs to have my licence. A few grand later and I’m on the road crapping myself on my 125 ninja, then eased into it and realised it was everything and more I have been waiting for. A year from passing I’m on my 1000 cc Ninja and now I’m finally living 👌🏻
Take your time with it, never let ego exceed ability and choose when & where is a good time for a thrash.

Enjoyed this video. Got my full motorcycle licence over 25 years ago (I'm in UK) and just got a 2006 Honda CBR 600F (Lovely bike). Very nervously indeed but I just had to get out there and ride sensibly and steady. Great advice about practising on Car Park (parking Lot).

These r the reasons i tell everybody whos nervous, get a bicycle, ride it like a hooligan. Get hurt, do wheelies, jump it. Not even because its fun, but it teaches ur subconscious how the vehicle will react. So when something happens u have an instinctual reaction to control it and u dont freak out. Also commute w a clutch for 6 months. Ull hop on a bike and feel right at home.
agreed. I mountain biked for years, daylied a manual car for years, and drove a bunch of ATVs with the same trans/clutch setup as motorcycles. before ever swinging a leg over a motorcycle. first bike I ever rode was a FZ-1. other than low speed stuff, it was a breeze. I hit well over 100 the first ride out, and it wasnt scary at all. you can trust the machine to do what it is made to, you just have to understand what it wants, and respect it and it's power.

I rode all around my town major roads and back roads with a riding buddy behind me giving me tips and it was scary as hell bit fun and I think it helped get me more confident.
