Esos no dan caballaje solos tienes que reprogramar la ecu todos esos componentes estrenos son para mejorar el desempeño cuando lo reprogramas si le pones los componentes y no lo te programas el camión será más lento que antes saludos
Personally it doesn't bother me, I can't speak 4 anyone else. I grew up around my Spanish speaking brothers so Spanglish doesn't bother me. I think it's a great video 4 ppl who are looking at the video 4 it's content & not being critical about what language your speaking. Your doing a great job as far as I'm concerned. I am so happy with it I been running the tune since the video it hasn’t blown my turbo like I’ve seen with other tunes the price I don’t remember was like 1K but better contact @dieselcontrolservice I am using borg Warner 171702 turbo
@@fldlife I'm glad to hear that. I bought a 2016 Frieghtliner Columbia glider. I'm going to put the same turbo on mine, but I may wait till I tune my ECM. What kind of fuel mileage are you getting?
Hey bro, my turbo gauge is slow, super slow going up or coming down
Check for leaks air and exhaust then change your muffler to no restriction in middle

Merrissa Ramos it’s ok! problem is can’t choose program on the fly. Have to be stoped and truck off to choose which program I want and cycle the key 2x then start the truck. That the main set back!
Stock turbo? Did you notice the power difference? And MPG?
Merrissa Ramos yes stock turbo and I also have K/N air filter also. Noticeable power difference I get 1.25 mpg better on interstates 2015 60series 13sp..

Maybe I missed it, but how heavy was that load (or was u bobtailing?). Also, my truck is rated 500hp and the temp gauge acts like yours... as in goes from 170degrees to 200 real quick .... Could it have been up-rated to 650hp and I don't know it ? LOL
Lol no bro in my case I got 170 degree thermostats and 5 veins radiator it shouldn’t go this high this fast i wasn’t that heavy though but the temp outside was 94 degrees

Boost it’s important puro it’s important as well scangauge D will read from ecm been that said if you get a custom tune won’t read the boost past 30 psi and scangauge d I don’t think will read the pyro if I was you I will get boost gauge then puro and at the end scangauge because all it important that’s my opinion
@@vroor32 turbo gauge will tell you that you're raising the psi or not while driving. More psi you waste more fuel. Pyrometer,will tell you the temp of the turbine. That's the hot side of the turbo. The more you stay on fuel pedal the hotter is going to get. And the meter will let you know that ! To keep things safe on turbo.
@@turbo12v thanks for the explanation... I ended installing the boost & pyro gauges, and see exactly what u talking about. Only thing is on this NON-WASTEGATE turbo (supposed to be "bigger") I'm seeing less max boost i.e. used to be 35psi with waste-gated "smaller" turbo, now it's 30psi. I'm told that to get "best performance" from this new "bigger" turbo, I have to tune the ecm ... which I'm not too eager to do yet, since my motor is not yet overhauled

ACC tiene una transmission 18. Y la tapa del crank del motor pintada de amarilla de Caterpillar,y eso lo hace la differencia.

La verdad mi Truck es un Columbia Detroit 60 Series..14...liters...y No le instalaria...Nada...es una Herramienta de trabajo..tira...Jala fantastico... Jamas pretendo dañar el motor , ni el Turbo....con eso's Inventos ..No son Truck para Rallyes...Carreras....
Y menos doblar el Gasto de Petroleo..que el precio...sigue subiendo....
Suerte hermano..con tu ECM..y..tiras el dinero tu esfuerzo..por la ventana.!!!

Es por eso que yo hize este tuning por que además de poder te da rendimiento tengo tres pasos 430 500 y 650 y casi siempre lo tengo a 430 y 500 y ahorra bastante ya más adelante haré un review más a detalle no recomiendo otro tuning que no sea esta

Sergio Lopez los motores usados en barcos tienen más caballos de fuerza por lo tanto la gente usa los injectors y el árbol de eleva de esos para sacarle mas jugo al motor

It depends pretty much on you on how you drive it on the last video I posted I made 6.75 with my normal driving habits going 72-75
People don't realize that big power doesn't equal low fuel economy. What's more efficient... 80,000lbs up a 5% hill at 430hp or 650hp? 650 does more work than 430, it does it faster and with less effort. I ran my glider for 6 months at 470/1350tq and 600/2050 for the rest of the year. 470 average economy was 5.4 mpg, 600 was and still is 6.87mpg
I just got a k31 turbo and stuff on my 14litre and turned it up to 575hp 2050tq and drove it home yesterday. She drives like a race car so I can't wait to pull monteagle with it.

You definitely have a leak somewhere, boost on a stock 500 mine is around 24lbs-26lbs, that 650 should have you around 40+ on the boost.. I know I'm 2yrs late lol have a good one my friend
The issue was the muffler was clogged once I removed it it is boosting almost 50 psi

Yo creo q si tienes un boost leak bro. Yo tengo el turbo y el manifold q tu tienes y mi ecm es stock 470hp y mi boost gauge llega a la mitad de 30 y 40 psi so yo creo como 35psi

Buen video como siempre una pregunta a q te refieres a q a 650 si lo sabes manejar bien??? Q tiene de malo 650 hp es demasiado te puedes dañar el motor???
MrJardier 650hp y si es demasiado por eso use este tipo de tuning que es triple siempre lo dejo a 500hp 430 cuando vació y 650hp cuando me sale alguien medió picudo 😂 pero es cuestión de saberlo manejar y ver tus relojes y temperaturas y pues yo todavía no se manejar estoy aprendiendo ya llevo como 11 años y sigo aprendiendo saludos
