After Randy's lung cancer surgery I will continue my 100 envelope challenge and just keep going and fill in those envelopes that has been used so I can fill it back up so I can get my credit card bills paid off.
I had to pause mine, because my husband had prostate cancer surgery in September. I’m back on saving now. Wow, medical needs cost a grip even though we have duel coverage insurance.
That's what I was thinking of doing. I just started the 100 envelope challenge and got 1-11 done only to just take the money back out. I have some smaller challenges I got from Etsy that'll be easier to do, the largest one is $100. I was thinking every time I complete one, put that money in the envelope challenge and just forget it exists until the next time I put money in
I'm almost done with my 100 envelope challenge. When I'm finished, I'll start over and do it your way - $100 bill in each envelope. That's such a great idea.
😌 I have definitely taken a liking to the smaller Challenges, but I also am doing the 100 Envelope Challenge just in a different way. I started out with all $5's then 10's and 20's. Now I'm doing it where I save $5 from #1 to #5, and $10 from #6 to #10, and so one... I don't care for many $1's in my boxes so I just step up to the next dollar amount. This has definitely been making the 100 Envelope Challenge more fun and challenging, but fun!! I Love that you are always saying "you do you" because everyone has their own budget and likes certain challenges. Great job on reallocating those funds to so many other challenges and the college Binder as well. You inspire Girl so much!!! Big hugs 🤗❤️🥰!!
I like saving challenges where the amount varies every time, but will amount to something large down the road. Sometimes I can't save the same amount every time.
I like working with the smaller challenges it makes you feel good. The Saving butterfly has a cute challenge book with small challenges. It comes it pink, you should take a look you might like it
You are so right, we all save differently. Last year I really pushed myself and I saved $100 in each of the 100 envelopes!! It’s was not easy out I did it!!
Oh my goodness I’m so happy to see you commenting here Brenda! I’ve been subscribed to your channel for a long time and was hoping you were doing well!
I just finished my 100 envelope challenge in 10 months🎉 It was a family affair to pick an envelope and stuff it. I secretly did another 100 envelope challenge to surprise my husband for our 25th. Anniversary and he was so shocked!! It was so much fun unstuffing both challenges!! We have already started over saving again!!🎉❤️😌
I’m with you, I’ve stopped that challenge twice. It just isn’t for me. For the college binder, have you thought about starting backwards and knocking out the larger ones first.
I also did the 100 challenge...ONCE! Never again. I did the 52 week challenge where you save a 1,5,10,20 each week. I love the tiny Tuesdays and scratch offs.
Me too I stopped a minute ago and re-alocated the funds to the smaller challenges. Make sure to take it easy too. Or you could roll 2 dice and put $5 for even number and $2 for odd. Make it work for you without stressing
I have been doing a randomized version of 100 envelopes. I roll a dice, multiply by $5 and stuff that into the envelope. Each envelope will have between $5 and $30 and when I unstuff at the end of the year i won’t know how much is in there. It keeps it reasonable and fun without knowing the total yet.
I’m close to completing my 100 envelope challenge of $10K!!! I will start it over next year. Your excitement for the different savings boxes makes me want to do some smaller challenges too ❤
Hey Girl, I, too, found the 100 envelope challenge a burden and quit last year. I picked it up again in 2024 and changed it to $25 per envelope. I hate $1s and have removed them from all but one of my challenges. Budgeting is personal. Do what makes you happy and works for you.❤❤❤ your videos!
I agree!! I stopped my 100 envelope challenge because of that reason!! I love the low denomination challenges 😅 Great video🤍 definitely motivational 👏🏾
Awesome video you inspire me to keep going on my savings challenge and when something comes up like if Randy has to take time off for surgery and then being surprised on how much I have saved just amazes me.😌
I like to work on a few different challenges. My favorite challenge is the penny challenge that I got from you. I finished it this month and I think I will restart it next month. The 100 envelope challenge I don’t even stress about I started it at the beginning of the year and I am not even half way finished. I’m just taking my time with it. Great video Celissa!
Hey hey 👋👋 that was how i felt doing the 26 envelope challenge. Wheww yess there are so many challenges like all the budgeting channels. Yes ❤ the small challenges now
Hey Celissa 👋🏽, I'm going to guess $767. Yeah, that challenge is long. You should challenge yourself to do it in 3-4 months, then substitute the 1's for 5's, and you'll save more. I like all kinds of challenges. The quicker, the better. I Ike Sylinthia's channel. Loved the video 😌
I love the idea behind such a lofty savings goal as the 100 Envelope challenge. Only thing is that if it’s going to take a really long time, I don’t do it. It would be maddening to know that that money was just sitting there instead of being in a HYS account earning really good interest all that time. Maybe smaller challenges are more my style. Gotta find what works for you.
I use my 100 envelopes challenge as a personal challenge for myself and when complete will be used for a whole new wardrobe as a treat to myself. The first 50 envelopes I out $20 in each one and the next 40 envelopes are for $50 each and last 10 envelopes are $100 slots.
😌 I'm loving the Buzz around challenge! You should try the 143 envelope challenge! It saves $5,050 but you save in increment from $5,$10,$15 all the way to $50. I'm currently working on that now also!
I started a 100 challenge using an A5 binder at the beginning of the year, but never really got into it. I decided recently that I would start a 50 box challenge, I figured that was more doable.
Great video 🥰 if something isn’t working for you or you aren’t feeling it then changing it up is the thing to do , your money your rules ☺️🙊looking forward to a reallocation , made it 😌💜💕🌸💕
When it comes to doing savings challenges I do a combination. I usually have 1 longer term challenge (like 52 week,100 envelopes or one that saves close to those amounts). I usually have 2 challenges that are that 500-1000 range and the rest are $300 or under. Before starting a challenge, I allocate a purpose for it-- this keeps me motivated to complete them especially for the bigger challenges. The smaller challenges I generally allocate to sinking funds or add to my emergency fund
If you like saving smaller amounts to get through a challenge. Some ppl are adding the numbers up or multipling them. So if you get 99, it can be 9+9 or 9×9. So you can go through them quicker.
😌 This is my first time on your channel and you are so much fun to watch! I can't wait to watch the rest and possibly switch to more saving challenges. I am having a hard time doing the 100 envelope challenge because it is so boring!
You made a comment in one of your last videos that made me realize that I needed to concentrate on smaller challenges. So right then and there, I pulled the money from the 100 challenge and reallocated it. I've told you before that you give such great guidance, Thank you.
Good evening Celissa. You counted $725 from your 100 envelope box but calculated $720. You did an excellent job reallocating your funds from Stack Mo Money box. 😌
I like the smaller challenges the best because it make me feel like I accomplished something quickly whereas longer challenges seem like they never end which takes the joy out of it. I was way way off, I guessed $495. I'm loving the group play and that money will be going in my break to open money box. 😌
Hey Celissa. I prefer savings challenges that save $30 to $500 at a time. I enjoy long term as well. I just don't rush it. I do it at my own paste and it's done when it's done. But $500 is my sweat spot.💞 Oh my guess is $628😏
Hi Celissa OMG I love the group play! I have done the 50 & 52 wk challenge. I gave up doing the 100 envelope it is not for me. As I said in my video the 100 envelope can kick rocks 😂
Hi Celissa 👋🏾 I love a quick small win.. I cancelled my 100 enevelope challenge a bit ago lol 😆.. I just needed a small win 🏆.. but everyone has different personality types like u said... yes we love Sylinthia ❤️ already a subbie.. I said ADHD in love lol 😆 😂 🤣 cause I am pretty sure I am in some ways.. what where the dice go lol 😆 😂 🤣.. I be cracking up so hard. ❤❤❤ 😌😌😌☺️☺️☺️ I couldn't tell so I put both lol 😆 😂 😅
I just completed the 100 Envelope Challenge and paid off a large bill. The smaller challenges I'm doing now are for specific things. Next year, I plan to do smaller challenges and reallocate the money to get 1 month ahead. I want saving to be fun so I'm looking forward to the smaller savings challenges that are $100 - $300. That way, I won't get bored so quickly. Feel better 😌
I don't do cash stuffing myself (I just really like watching other people do it for some reason) But I do save money in a HYSA. I have a tracker that was a freebie from BudgetBetterLife when I bought some stickers last year. It has 100 little hexagons to fill in. So I fill in a hexagon for every $100 I put into the HYSA. It will be $10,000 when I'm done and hopefully I can get there by the end of the year.
I'm using your mini cash budget and easy cash save more money challenge books. I also have 3 100 envelope binders. One is all $20, one is all $100 and one is the regular challenge. I always round up. No singles.
I have failed the 100 envelope savings challenge the first time but I’m really motivated to complete it this time. I’m going slow as well but I will get there. I’m also doing small savings challenges and reallocating them to the 100 envelope challenge to help save a little faster.
😌Hey Girl Hey!! Hope you’re having an amazing day! I would like to say you have definitely inspired me to start doing savings challenges especially the scratch off ones. So buying savings challenges will be my Christmas gift to myself this year lol.
Hey Celissa, I’m doing the 100 envelopes challenge now. Until I decide what to do, I filled the larger amount. And maybe only stuff 50 of them. I love the Penny Challenge. The Buzz around will be a challenge for 2025.😊😊 Great video
😶 is the closest I could find. Such a good video.... lots of challenges, good to see that changes can be made in the savings journey. I pray that your back and leg are starting to heal, and that you don't overdo once you start feeling better.
😊🎉 with the 100 envelope challenge it can be long can’t wait to be finished 😂 want to use it for my car so I can pay it off my by next year or start my car detailing business ❤I’m glad you were able to put it in to other little challenges a dollar can go a long way 🎉😊
Please boo I need the bookmark challenges 😩 I had to wait til payday!! Your health is more important then my bookmark challenge lol but just know im waiting ❤
I thought for sure you had saved $1275 in the Stack Mo Money challenge 😌 but you did an amazing job regardless - Congratulations 🎉 I plan to start the Shut The Box challenge next!
I enjoy playing games and I really like what a lot of people do for mini Mondays where they have 6 trackers and then roll the die to see which one gets each dollar. I can only afford to play with 1's and 5' so it works for me. I did do a 52 envelope savings for Christmas and had fun with that as well because I like flipping through the binder and seeing all the pockets filled. I also like the scratch offs but I need the lower denomination ones but there are too many cute ones and I want to do them all!! 😌
100% the smaller challenges I find are easier for me as I personally feel like there is just too much stress for something similar to the 100 envelope challenge.
Hi boo! Guuurl, at least u tried, and I commend u for it. You’re STILL WINNING!!! 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 any money is better than none! Congrats on saving this much!!! 💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜🎉
After Randy's lung cancer surgery I will continue my 100 envelope challenge and just keep going and fill in those envelopes that has been used so I can fill it back up so I can get my credit card bills paid off.
Great job Joan!! Do what works best for you!! I love you. ♥️
@@joanthomsen I’m sorry to hear the surgery. Many blessings and prayers going out to you and your family!!
Sending prayers of healing and restoration to you all.
Praying for a successful surgery.
I had to pause mine, because my husband had prostate cancer surgery in September. I’m back on saving now. Wow, medical needs cost a grip even though we have duel coverage insurance.
I'm with you! The smaller challenges help me to actually see the light at the end of the tunnel!
Exactly! ☺️
You could use smaller saving challenges to fund the large one
That's what I was thinking of doing. I just started the 100 envelope challenge and got 1-11 done only to just take the money back out. I have some smaller challenges I got from Etsy that'll be easier to do, the largest one is $100. I was thinking every time I complete one, put that money in the envelope challenge and just forget it exists until the next time I put money in
☺The boxes are my favorites very short, short, medium, and long term. I fill each of my 100 envelopes with a $100 bill. This is my long-term savings.
I'm almost done with my 100 envelope challenge. When I'm finished, I'll start over and do it your way - $100 bill in each envelope. That's such a great idea.
Celissa, go into Big Bertha and exchange the ones for the big bills in the Jar. Drop all those ones into Bertha and count them later! 😊😌
I was just going to suggest this.❤
I love challenges that are more like game style, and scratch offs and roll and saves, because I like to be surprised by how much I save lol
I totally agree I have no patience for those longer challenges 😌💕
😌 I have definitely taken a liking to the smaller Challenges, but I also am doing the 100 Envelope Challenge just in a different way. I started out with all $5's then 10's and 20's. I like saving challenges where the amount varies every time, but will amount to something large down the road. Sometimes I can't save the same amount every time.
Oooh Sylnthia! Is so awesome! Thank you for sharing your space with our community! Great job saving!

Oh my goodness I’m so happy to see you commenting here Brenda! I’ve been subscribed to your channel for a long time and was hoping you were doing well!
I like to micro mini savings challenges. I like to see quick results
The best way to do those 100 envelope challenges are from the bottom up ! never do the easiest dominations first 🤷
I just finished my 100 envelope challenge in 10 months🎉
It was a family affair to pick an envelope and stuff it. I secretly did another 100 envelope challenge to surprise my husband for our 25th. Anniversary and he was so shocked!! It was so much fun unstuffing both challenges!! We have already started over saving again!!🎉❤️😌

Hi! I tried to do the 100 envelope box in May and I started to feel overwhelmed. I prefer small challenges with quick wins! 💰☀️

Your such an inspiration. That’s were I want to get too, Blessings
I agree!! I stopped my 100 envelope challenge because of that reason!! I love the low denomination challenges 😅 Great video🤍 definitely motivational 👏🏾
😌 I also prefer having multiple smaller challenges.
Awesome video you inspire me to keep going on my savings challenge and when something comes up like if Randy has to take time off for surgery and then being surprised on how much I have saved just amazes me.😌
I'm enjoying your channel. But want to know where do I find all your savings challenges?
I like to work on a few different challenges. My favorite challenge is the penny challenge that I got from you. I finished it this month and I think I will restart it next month. Hey hey 👋👋 that was how i felt doing the 26 envelope challenge. Wheww yess there are so many challenges like all the budgeting channels. Yes ❤ the small challenges now
Where did you purchase the buzz challenge envelopes
Hi Celissa,
You can take the smaller amounts and bump them to the larger amounts.
Just a suggestion.
I have enjoyed this video.
Great idea! 💡
Great Video! I love these box challenges. 💃🏾 can’t wait to order
Love the idea of small 😌challenges. Great video.
I enjoy a good money saving pivot. I have started ones that are super fun in the beginning…… then feels like they evolve into a whole JOB!!

Love your content! Do you sell your daughters college binder? I need one like that! 😍
I love small, but I do a save between $100-$150 each month separately.😌
I’m just starting
I use my 100 envelopes challenge as a personal challenge for myself and when complete will be used for a whole new wardrobe as a treat to myself. The first 50 envelopes I out $20 in each one and the next 40 envelopes are for $50 each and last 10 envelopes are $100 slots.

Good Morning, I felt the same way. It seemed so exhausting. Great job moving the money to other things.
I like small challenges but I’ve decided to do the 100 envelope challenge next year💜
Where did you get the buzz around challange from?
I like the smaller challenges they are more fun to me!
I started a 100 challenge using an A5 binder at the beginning of the year, but never really got into it. I decided recently that I would start a 50 box challenge, I figured that was more doable.
Great video 🥰 if something isn’t working for you or you aren’t feeling it then changing it up is the thing to do , your money your rules ☺️🙊looking forward to a reallocation , made it 😌💜💕🌸💕
Hey Celissa, my guess is $512 saved so far.
Update: i was way off on my guess 😂 this was fun ☺️
When it comes to doing savings challenges I do a combination. I usually have 1 longer term challenge (like 52 week,100 envelopes or one that saves close to those amounts). I'm so glad i helped in some way. You beat me to the punch. 😂
@Beautifulmeandyou . Now I've cleaned up a few more, I'm down to 9 challenges, 4 of them came from you.
Smaller challenges for me too ,great video, Celissa. 😌
Good evening Celissa. You counted $725 from your 100 envelope box but calculated $720. You did an excellent job reallocating your funds from Stack Mo Money box. 😌
It's been an adventure & journey, Celissa! 😂
Mini challenges for me. 😌
Happy Wednesday Celissa! I like the Letter bucks, Melanated challenges with strong black women, Small denomination scratch-off challenges. $750.00😊
I'd guess around 300. I'm currently doing smaller challenges to save for larger amounts to put those larger amounts towards debt.
Where did you get your college binder??
I understand completly, I like to finish challenges, next year I want to start a big challenge to see if I can 😊
I like the smaller challenges for the quick wins.😌
I like the smaller challenges the best because it make me feel like I accomplished something quickly whereas longer challenges seem like they never end which takes the joy out of it. I was way way off, I guessed $495. I'm loving the group play and that money will be going in my break to open money box. 😌
Yay!! 😀 Thanks for watching and commenting
Hey Celissa. I prefer savings challenges that save $30 to $500 at a time. I enjoy long term as well. I just don't rush it. I do it at my own paste and it's done when it's done. But $500 is my sweat spot.💞 Oh my guess is $628😏
That’s a great approach! 😊
Hi Celissa
OMG I love the group play!
I have done the 50 & 52 wk challenge. I gave up doing the 100 envelope it is not for me. As I said in my video the 100 envelope can kick rocks 😂
Where did you get your highlighter/ markers?
Amazon. They’re linked in my Amazon storefront
You have to cater it to your needs. Take put 100 in each envelope, do it faster

😏 girl your are so true and for sure on what helps us love what we do in saving. Do what makes you happy.$699 the price is right come on down. 💜💜💜
I understand..it's hard.
You counted 725 and added up 720. Great job
Hi Celissa,
You did great with your savings challenges!!!
Thank you!! 😊
Hi Celissa, You saved a great amount. Awesome, awesome video! 🤩✌🏾😌
Hello Cellisa, I try to save $50 a month in my mini challenges to eventually stuff in
my bigger challenge.
😌Hey Girl Hey!! Hope you’re having an amazing day! I would like to say you have definitely inspired me to start doing savings challenges especially the scratch off ones. So buying savings challenges will be my Christmas gift to myself this year lol.
I’m for smaller challenges. I like quick gratification 😊! I think you’ve saved around $500!?
Do you sell the buzz A round challenge? It's too cute and looks to be doable for me
So far, I like all kinds of challenges. 😂😂😂 Those 1's have you struggling with counting.😂😂😌
Hey Celissa, I’m doing the 100 envelopes challenge now. Until I decide what to do, I filled the larger amount. And maybe only stuff 50 of them. I love the Penny Challenge.
The Buzz around will be a challenge for 2025.😊😊 Great video
11:21 I remember you counting all them ones!!!!
😶 is the closest I could find. Such a good video.... lots of challenges, good to see that changes can be made in the savings journey. I pray that your back and leg are starting to heal, and that you don't overdo once you start feeling better.
I give up on the 5,050 challenge also.
I haven’t been able to get through the 100 envelopes challenge either lol 😌
😊🎉 with the 100 envelope challenge it can be long can’t wait to be finished 😂 want to use it for my car so I can pay it off my by next year or start my car detailing business ❤I’m glad you were able to put it in to other little challenges a dollar can go a long way 🎉😊
Please boo I need the bookmark challenges 😩 I had to wait til payday!! Your health is more important then my bookmark challenge lol but just know im waiting ❤

Hi boo! Guuurl, at least u tried, and I commend u for it. You’re STILL WINNING!!! 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 any money is better than none! Congrats on saving this much!!! 💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜🎉
😌 love to see a condense video
I always start it and then an emergency happens and I have to use it. It seems like I can’t ever progress fr! 😫
I like smaller challenges too.
