Gracias BrianPhillips y equipo de cámara, aprendi a volar con ustedes sin saber ingles, lo disfruto mucho, este hobby es lo máximo!! soy tu hincha...a pleasure to meet you !
Thank you for being here with us, and without speaking English!?!? That's excellent! Good for you! Very glad we could help play a part in your success story! ¡¿¡Gracias por estar aquí con nosotros y sin hablar inglés!?!? ¡Eso es excelente! ¡Bien por usted! ¡Me alegra mucho que podamos ayudarle a desempeñar un papel en su historia de éxito!
Is an awesome plane. I had an extra 80mm edf and 120 amp smart esc laying around. So i carved it out and made it an 80mm f16. Added an extra wing spar for high speed bank . Its topping out in a dive at 156 mph. The air frame actually handles it . Its definitely a well built plane for a 70mm. Thanks for the vids Brian and cam crue. My family and club members love them
I just started flying rc a year ago. I now have 7 planes and fly almost every day. I friggin LOVE flying in SAFE. I just bust the angle limits wide open and let em rip. I pop it over to AS3X now and again for loops and rolls. But, I have less anxiety flying my planes when they auto level. It never gets boring- bringing home a plane, or 3, in one piece, after a day of flying. Fly how ya love to fly 👍
SAFE is amazing to help pilots fly. If you're anything like me, AL, and it sounds like you are...you will NOT be in SAFE for more than about 1 to 2 years. There's NOTHING wrong with stabilizers or auto-leveling - they're both AMAZING tools that help open the door to so many people that want to get into flying RC. Thanks for being here AL!
Hi Brian, been watching your videos for years, of course for the planes, but the entertainment value on your videos are absolutely superb and after years, I still get excited if I see that notification that you released a new video and try watching the entire thing... Keep up the good work and once again camera crew thanks for your patience with us... Lol..
I'm just waiting for Brian to pull the unused decals sheet out of the garbage can. Accidentally watched to the end 😊. He must've done that off camera- right after he set the smart esc low voltage call outs to 3.4v per cell. Great info, per usual 👍
Our oldest son and I designed that stand and he 3D printed it. It's been super nice for the Draco. If you'd be interested in one, hit us up in an email in the about tab or on our website.
Dear Brian, I have a question. I have never flown before, but I have always loved RC planes, so I started looking for a plane that suited me and in the end I was helped well by an employee and I gained my experience on a Carbon Cub S2, I fly this plane both with safe and without safe optimally, so I want another plane and fly with it for about 4 months, everything is going well. So I'm no longer a beginner in my opinion :) I have 2 aircraft in mind, 1 of which is the Draco 2.0m and the other is carbon Z Trojan T-28, which of the 2 would you choose after the carbon Cub S2? please help!! :)))
Just a thought: I really like my E-flite Valiant. I've flown for years and have a ton of planes including jets and warbirds. But the Valiant is about my favorite to fly. Prices for the plane and batteries are right too. It will do knife edges and all the usual aerobatics, and sometimes I will fly inverted for a minute or two at a time. I don't do that with my other planes, but this plane does all this stuff really well. It's a high winged plane but flies like a more aerobatic low or mid wing plane and does it all without having to go fast. Also takeoffs and landings are a piece of cake. About 5 pilots in our club have them and we all fly them often.
Why do the makers of the transmitters call it expo, or I guess it's called exponential, all it is, is a dead zone. You create a dead zone so you don't see movement until you bottom out the dead zone. I use them all the time in DCS. I had to look up expo to see just exactly what you meant, until I read the description.
because you still get movement, just less of it. it creates an exponential curve when you chart stick position against servo movement. a dead zone would keep the movement linear after it exits the dead zone.
Yeah, that's what I thought, but it has a more powerful motor. I think if you were flying on HV packs, you might see a bit of an improvement...which we aren't. That being said, it's been a long time since I flew my older V2 F-16 70mm. We didn't really mean to play up a huge jump (improvement), or even really mention the "V3" status, so I hope our video didn't come across that way.

@@jaekipark3012exactly just like in dsc you create the curve for a certain reaction out of the stick.
It just feels the same.
