    This has been absolutely great for my game. But more importantly it's better for the mental portion of the game for me. Keeping things super simple and not over analyzing

      Larry Williams I am grateful for the opportunity to work with you. 🙏 You are a great student who is very disciplined and dedicated. 💯 I look forward to continuing this journey as these videos have been very helpful to many others. 🔥🔥

    Very true, too many people roll the wrists and never get it back in time

    • @agolferswalk
      @agolferswalk  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Lets Play Thru I know. I was taught to pronate the wrist when I was young and made things hard for me for 20 years until I got a good coach.

    This such a great, simple explanation of how your hands should move. I like the drill too. Thanks for such a clear video

    Another great session Fredrick! Don't want to be rolling the wrists. Your great at teaching the proper fundamentals in the swing! Can't wait to see more!

      Chili Dippa Golf thanks Mark. Teaching is what I enjoy the most in life and would teach professionally but it would violate my amateur status , so I do it for free for now 🤷‍♂️

      Fore to Four Golf his handicap is starting to drop significantly already. He has/is working hard.

    This is great instruction, just the way I understand it. Especially the first part, a lot of people start rolling their forearms and get into trouble for so many years...

      Golf Funatics it’s simple but hard to keep the body from over powering the hands. 💯 Let me know if you have any questions.

      @@agolferswalk Yea man he got the build to hit 300+ yard drives. lol. Good thing is your teaching the proper grip. Thats key. Good work bro.

      Dyson Golf he has 300 easy. The easier he swings the better and longer he hits it. He has rocketed a number of them on the range. PGA Tour quality. Just working on repeating.

    The movements in golf are simple if we are taught well. I cry when I see a friend get completely lost and will not go see a Pro to get it sorted out. Or they go see a Pro and not practice. I do like this series you have started.

    • @agolferswalk

      thanks Simon. Teaching is something that I have always enjoyed doing and may do it for a living once I am done playing amateur golf. I lose my amateur status if I make any money for playing or teaching and I want to play more than make money right now.
      Larry is a great student and I think he will be close to single digits by the end of the year.

      @@agolferswalk Teaching is gift, being able to give information. I can see people's problems but I can't teach. If a friend is set up shut and they ask for help I can lay a club across their toes so they can see where they are aiming and I can help them get back to target but I can't actually teach.
      Larry looks really sound in his set up.

      @@thehairygolfer Larry is getting good with posture on other things, but he really struggle with alignment. It is something that we work on at the range with sticks and then without. When on the course he knows the routine I have given him for alignment but still gets closed easily.

    • @thehairygolfer
      @thehairygolfer 4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@agolferswalk Getting closed is one of my failings. Or I get my feet square and my shoulders are open. It's something we all have to check from time to time. Fortunately I have some paving in the back garden and a camera. More people should use their phone for check ups.

    Seems simple enough. This would remove a lot of the variables.

      Simplifying the swing is important so that people can understand the principles.
