I was asked to send my original police criminal clearance certificate by post, i send it to them through dhl. Then they told me to wait for the next 10 weeks for the authorities to decide. And they didn’t ask me to pay any money My question is: 1) is that a legit way of processing employment visa? 2) is it possible to start a process for someone without video or call interview? 3) We didn’t even have an agreement signed offer letter Can anyone pls put me through?

This is despite sending them proof that my diploma is rated as H+ (which typically indicates a high level of recognition). Now, I'm concerned because I had bad grades and didn't earn full credits over the years, but I still managed to obtain the diploma. My question is, could having terrible grades risk the recognition of my diploma and potentially lead to a rejection of my Vorabzustimmung application?

sorry for the late reply, through the fast track process it would take around 20 days, with normal process min 2 months, as per my knowledge. You just the emp visa (usually for an year) and then after coming to Germany you have to apply for Blue Card. Which would take another 2-3 months max. depending on the city you are living in.
I have the same problem. I have an acca advanced diploma. Based on the UK standards, it is equivalent to a Bachelor's Degree, but I can't find it in the Anabin database. Are there exceptions?
Recognition process are two types. First one normal type that you can do it from your side , or another one fast track process, fast track process your employer will do complete process. But before applying for that you have to do it all your certificates and passport German embassy Attestation and language translation too.

Hi, If you have booked an appointment and its waitlisted, you can send this document to the vfs and ask them to give you an appointment at the earliest, which will be within a week or two. The other way which I would recommend and this is what I personally did is that you can directly mail to the consulate this document and they will be able to give you an appointment at the earliest possible.

Usually it takes less than a month for the entire process. It might take a little longer depending on a lot of other factors such as the visa office in Germany and your country of residence, but it shouldn’t take 3-4 months. Maybe you can clarify with them, i think there is some misunderstanding, you can send them a link of the fast track visa process. Cause 3-4 months is for normal application.

Sorry for the late reply. You can do it either way, as you have to update your employment status once you start your job, it will be taken care of. If you have the offer letter already, then you can get it updated at the place where you are staying.

Hi, you can get in touch with your employer, they might be able to help you. Also, check on the website of German Consulate in your area, they must having instructions for the documents required.
Those might be the slots for different types of visa. I am not sure what's the situation now. But hopefully now the wait time for the normal process must be lesser. Also you can always contact vfs over their helpline number to clarify more on this.

yes you can ask the employer to initiate the fast track process. Even in my case as in mentioned in the video, was same. Travel insurance will be needed when you will be travelling, not needed for the visa application.

Appointment booking is compulsory, he said you need to submit passport& you will receive stamping on passport in 3 to 4 day’s since you are future process is done by your company. Other, it will take 2 to 3 weeks to complete. Also you need to email to embassy if you don’t have appointment.

you can apply for Blue card once you are in Germany. All i needed was a Pre Approval visa from the foreign office in Germany through my employer

sorry for the late reply, through the fast track process it would take around 20 days, with normal process min 2 months, as per my knowledge. You just the emp visa (usually for an year) and then after coming to Germany you have to apply for Blue Card. Which would take another 2-3 months max. depending on the city you are living in.

Recognition process are two types. First one normal type that you can do it from your side , or another one fast track process, fast track process your employer will do complete process. But before applying for that you have to do it all your certificates and passport German embassy Attestation and language translation too.

Guys when you have contract from a company in germany please check your monthly salary if is up to the minimum of your qualification in germany because i got a contract from a company in germany NTT as L2 network engineer i went to Ghana to get the visa after submitting my documents to the german embassy in Accra waited for two months my visa was not approved, reason the federal employment agency in German said my salary in my contract is 3,660 euro per month is not up to the minimun salary for my qualification which they said should ne 4,230 euro per month for the reason my work permit which is the visa was not approved

If you have booked an appointment and its waitlisted, you can send this document to the vfs and ask them to give you an appointment at the earliest, which will be within a week or two. The other way which I would recommend and this is what I personally did is that you can directly mail to the consulate this document and they will be able to give you an appointment at the earliest possible.

The company applied for fast track visa in Germany but they said 3-4 month processing. Have you encounter this?
Usually it takes less than a month for the entire process. It might take a little longer depending on a lot of other factors such as the visa office in Germany and your country of residence, but it shouldn’t take 3-4 months. Maybe you can clarify with them, i think there is some misunderstanding, you can send them a link of the fast track visa process. Cause 3-4 months is for normal application.

Those might be the slots for different types of visa. I am not sure what's the situation now. But hopefully now the wait time for the normal process must be lesser. Also you can always contact vfs over their helpline number to clarify more on this.

yes you can ask the employer to initiate the fast track process. Even in my case as in mentioned in the video, was same. Travel insurance will be needed when you will be travelling, not needed for the visa application.

Appointment booking is compulsory, he said you need to submit passport& you will receive stamping on passport in 3 to 4 day’s since you are future process is done by your company.
Other, it will take 2 to 3 weeks to complete.
Also you need to email to embassy if you don’t have appointment.
if you are staying in bangalore for more than 6 months then you can book in Bangalore itself
