It's a nice van, even if apparently there is no washroom sink, or any decent working surface for cooking. The position of the fridge is as well totally absurd.
Moreover, the dinette table is quite minuscule for a vehicle this long (and where is a 3rd bed?).
Good point: large loading space even for a midsized motorbike.
I find the price offensive.
For much less, you can get a 3 large beds monocoque motorhome, such as the Wingamm Oasi 610, which is already discouragingly expensive by the way.
This one van could be interesting for 60.000, maybe 65.000 euro, not a cent more.
Ferrari people drive Ferrari cars and sleep at Grand Hotels, don't do camping life.
