I’ve produced since 11, self taught, now 25…With ADHD it’s been so dismaying and disheartening at times but I’ve stuck at it. However I’ve always said, DnB, Jungle and Jump up are undoubtedly the most complex and seemingly impossible genres to make without the use of samples. So intellectually demanding and knowledgable. I praise people like yourself. There was a lad in my college, goes by the alias L3MMY DUBZ. I could never believe it was his own tunes, used to mix on CD’s with his names scribbled on them, was always a quiet lad. But he was an absolute genius and is now smashing it. Thankyou for the help and I am finally feeling brave and confident enough to give it another go. I’ve took notes and will certainly be applying these skills. Synthesis is always the hardest part, aswell as fattening up/mixing the drums. Subscribed mate 👍❤️
hard disagree. while dnb is tricky to get right, there are genres that are so much more difficult. think of genres that don‘t feature distortion in the kick and bass area. no room for mistakes. none.
sounds great - you have done a great job at making it the same as original - lots of people do these and then at the end it sounds too unlike it - this is great - good job !
Yooo my man, thats totally wicked innnit. I've been starting to dabble with some music making software. Mostly ableton (which can be quite challenging). Maybe you can recommend some software? I would love to make me some dnb. Maybe you can also recoomend a few midi controller |(or software as well). Keep it bro....love to see some more (a video about some real old skool electro?) again much appreciated!!
I've been watching a few of your videos, only just clocked it's you that just dropped the M24 bootleg on JASE's label locked sounds 🙌🏼🔥 thanks for this guide bro
im pretty sure it has no lfo. the rythmic sound of the bass comes from the fine tuning of the two oscillators. One of the saw waves is like half of a note (or 50 or so cents) above the other one.

The compressed and saturated bus made me go haha.
would love to see your perspective on a minimal techy track like something from critical or overview, bringing in some of your jump up flavours

I’m probably gonna finish it and keep it as a dub for a bit😂 or I might drop it on my discord server, who knows!
wow
where did you assign the lfo in the last reese bass?
im pretty sure it has no lfo. the rythmic sound of the bass comes from the fine tuning of the two oscillators. One of the saw waves is like half of a note (or 50 or so cents) above the other one.
Big tune
Let’s go🙏
