- In this video, we will take you on a tour of one of the best hotels in Tirana, Albania - Hotel Elisa Tirana, a 4star hotel affiliated by Melia. The hotel is situated in the heart of Tirana, Albania. It is a four star hotel located within very walkable and driving distance to most of the popular attractions in Tirana including: Dajti express where we rode the cable car, Skanderbeg square, National Historical museum, Resurrection of Christ Orthodox cathedral, Rinia park and amazing restaurants. Our room had a balcony overlooking the city of Tirana. The hotel offers complimentary continental breakfast and strong Wifi to all guests. Cleanliness and service were really excellent. We really enjoyed our stay here.
