Shanahan's teams historically start slow so I hope they can buck this trend Monday. I do feel they should use Jordan Mason more to ease the load of CMC. They have to make sure he can last an entire season.
They talked a lot last season about getting off to a fast start, and they did. They looked good early in the season. Remember, they started 5-0 before losing to Cleveland, Minnesota and Cincinnati.

What's up with Christian McCaffery on going injury!!! Thank god for jordan Mason ... Issac Guerendo playing on Monday!!!!
Maybe that Madden curse is real? God, I hope not. But yeah, I'd like to see JP and Guerendo pound the rock this season. Save CMC for the postseason when we're really going to need him. If he can't go, our RB room is stacked so, not too worried.
He said he's fine and ready for a full work load.
My Q is the O line.
Williams, Banks, Brendel, Puni, McKivitz. I think they’re OK.
If they decide to play CMC I hope they limit him to no more than 10-15 touches. I would rather see him healthy in Jan. Mason is a capable backup and can do the job just fine.

what about Ji'Ayir Brown? did he get hurt?

Brown did Good as a rookie and I'd imagine that he'll be even better in his 2nd year.

Sorry for the confusion. In my mind, Brown is the starter and there’s no question about that. He’s good to go. I was referring to who would fill in for Hufanga and be the backup safeties.
