@ٍ it's rendering 8k, but the display only shows whatever resolution it can. You can do that on any pc.

I don't know why but I have this crazy satisfaction with macro photography/video. Sometimes I just grab my phone's camera and take some weird shots like the buttons of a remote controller or a dusted corner on the window, grains of salt, even my skin, whatever, and it's so cool

It's only been 7 weeks, I got a glimpse on Samsung's browser Tizen TH-cam, but when I check the resolution on the Samsung it says, 1920 X 1080 / 60p. The reality is what TH-cam says it's broadcasting to my TV, 8k, 4320p. Thanks, Daniel, "you're a star in the face of the sky!"
I think the reason is because we discover every time that there is the whole world which we can now discover with our macro cameras and everything is new.

I bought my 75" 8K TV, a new 2019 model for $3000, it was listed new for $7000. The 2020 models are, you guessed it, $7000. I checked on the price of the 85" and saw one going for *fifty-five thousand dollars.* That last ten inches is a _whopper!_

@@davidcole2337 In the last day or two it's become a standard TH-cam resolution, 8k 4320p. The rendering is slow but Chrome, or TH-cam should have a fix on that soon. Apparently the new phones you can watch and film in 8K! The drones flying the cameras have been around for a while and so there are no Hollywood movies yet, 5 years is maybe a bit of a stretch, there are these like _travel videos_ coming online, TH-cam, from *all over the world!* They're really cool. Some science stuff, plus, the AI (artificial intelligence) upscaling engine of my Samsung 8K series 900, it takes all 4K from a streaming service like Amazon right up to 8K.
I like watching TV and movies. I spend more time doing that and being here online than anything else, so I indulged myself. My friend spent 30K on a car! My TV was 1/10th of that!

My system by i9 11900K and RTX3080Ti spec exploded with this video. This video made my system 100% processed. 8K quality was very powerful. Hardware has not yet been able to adapt to this quality.
Razen 5600H rtx 3050ti The processor is loaded at 60-77% at the peak it was 93% of the load. The video card is loaded up to 31% temperature of the GPU and central 58-60 Celsius.
Watching this in 4k vs 480p is the difference between me seeing anything with or without my glasses.

I’m watching on 480p with a 720p monitor
10 years from now it will be a reality
I got my 8K 75" delivered early on November 6th. It was a few weeks before I found 4320p and that was a brief fleeting moment on Samsung's Tizen browser TH-cam. Today on my computer I'm seeing this video in 4320p, it's an option and it's playing in that. I read up on how right before I got my 8K there was literally no 8K content available, just the show model for the store 8k programmed into the TV, a 3 minute loop you'd see at Best Buy for example. I'm so happy now, it's indescribable. I get a lot of 8K from my 4K firestick on streaming services like Amazon, it's my Samsung's AI upscaling engine doing all that work the same as a 4K TV upscaling a 1080 signal. The other day I paid $10 for the movie _The Founder_ starring Michael Keaton, and Amazon HD (not even their 4K) and Samsung's 900 series (8K) upscaled it to 8K. Owners were complaining because no one was delivering 8K content that the TVs we all bought might not be able to handle it! This has been the only thing on my bucket list for years other than learning how to play Tiny Dancer on piano.
