Beyond perfect. Jonsi is probably one of the most talented singers ever. I can listen to this forever... There's something magical about Iceland and its people, and I can't wait to visit.
5:25 to the end is simply cosmic. Sigur Rós isn't music... It's some kind of experience. Nothing else compares.

I saw them completely on my own. Nobody says you need to have a friend come with to see Sigur Ros live. It's an experience not to be missed!
Like walking on ice and hearing the crunch .. and then dawn comes behind a hill and you have tears in your eyes. This is my personal vision.
Kind of ironic, as this song's lyrics talk about eruptions and volcanoes' destructiveness.... yet the Vonlenska part in the middle could be this as you say 🔥❄️

4:24 was the goose bump moment they always provide at least once in every song. They are, to my ears and heart, the greatest musical ensemble that ever was.

now many people are frustrated why contemporary musicians cannot wrote phenomenal songs like stairway to heaven, hotel california, solider of fortune etc.... this song is the answer to them.

Holy shit this is so good. As a 15 year Sigur Rós fan I can't believe I'd never heard this song! I've listened to it like 20 times in the past few days now. It feels much more "structured" than some of their other, more meandering songs. That key change culminating in 2:57 is peak Jonsi. Eargasmic.
jonsi's voice makes the songs so perfect I love sigur ros there's just so much talent in such a small group of men

This whole setting is extraordinary, so well fitting for the unique sound of Sigur Rós. It gives them an even more special atmosphere. Wish they could do a whole concert like this and capture it on video. I can only say my thanks for sharing this wonderful piece of music with us! Takk fyrir!

I had been hoping for a more live/raw sound and arrangement, but it's a wonderful performance by Sigur Rós, so I can't complain at all.
They should play small exclusive concerts at places like these. I understand it wouldn't justify the costs but you can always dream.
I'd pay $500 to attend such a concert!
