@rods333 yeah thats what the flat scraper is for originally. But it's what the hack tool is for is what I think they meant. I can only assume it's for when you're laying a concrete corner what he's pointing out in the clip.
Ahhh tempo tools for a not needed job that the proper long lasting tools exist for. I know i know its to expensive to spend a the few bucks for the proper tools so soend time and resources making tempo tools.

One or 2 were so so. The rest....not so much....only really nice one was the steel buffer.
