Albufeira is the largest of all the resort towns that line southern Portugal’s beautiful Algarve coastline.
Albufeira has an extensive range of activities, attractions and hotels, making the town an ideal holiday destination for families and couples.
Albufeira has hot summers, warm springs and autumns. The height of the summer season is July and August with the temperatures reaching 30 degrees, the high season also extends from June until September.
There are plenty of companies that offer to rent a car. My choice was Luzcar, as they did not require a deposit, offer full insurance and there is no access cover. I booked A class car and was nicely surprised to get Seat Ibiza with an air conditioning :)
