Wow... You guys are blessed people. You, Shan and the Beag are so down to earth! Love watching your channel. Kent, you are an inspiration to me! I love the outdoors and I'm learning so much about outdoor cooking because of you. God bless you!!!
I live in upstate NY, across the Hudson from Albany (state capital) and I'd much rather get a fresh, made-to-order sandwich at Stewart's (local convenience store) while I'm also filling up my car. The quality is 100% better than Subway. I'd never liked egg salad sandwiches until my co-worker gave me half of hers. It was like a spicy deviled egg with bread. Very good. I'd never dreamed of exceptional food being served at the same place I could buy a pack of smokes and fill up my car, but I learned a lot about America during a few cross country road trips in my 20's. When I lived in Denver, there was a gas station owned by a Vietnamese family out in Englewood along Broadway that had the best beef and pork pho soups I'd ever had by far. That's quite a statement, because pho shops were a dime a dozen and the competition was high, especially in Aurora.
Hi Kent! Thanks for another great video, I'm looking forward to trying both recipes! Something I've always wondered about making a mousse, how do you make sure the egg whites are safe to eat if they are not cooked? Thanks again!!
Hey y’all, Happy 😃 Valentine 🥰 Day to you both.. Blessings and out thanks for all you do for your subscribers. Every day is a delight when you share it with the one you love. 💓💞
🤣😂 Hey there Kent and Shannon. Ya know, back in the day, I used to watch Laugh In, it was one of my favorite shows but now, we have the Kent Rollins Show. I had to wait until I stopped laughing so I could type this comment out. Ok, now then. Both the Chimichangas and the Mocha Moose look delish and, simple to make. That green (Verde) sauce sounds great also. But for me, I'd have to have some of that there sour cream to add to the green sauce. Just a dollop on top. Keep these fantastic videos coming our way Kent and Shannon. Hummmm. The Beagle had some dessert, but, didn't see him getting a chance to do his Quality Control job on the main course. We don't have one of those Ritzy convenient stores out here, all we have is Circle K, Quick Stop and a few others. Guess I'll just have to make my own Chimichangas out here. Thanks again. May God Bless you both. Stan
@@CowboyKentRollins; Kent, mi amigo. I'd love to sit down and have a cup of coffee with you, as long as you boil it on Bertha. Now I don't consider myself a coffee connoisseur but, I have drank lots of coffee in my 73 years lol. Maybe one of these days I'll drop by when you and your missus are going to be in Branson. Every week when she's making out her grocery shopping list the wife asks me for an idea for something I want for supper. I never know and there's a back and forth until I come up with something. A few weeks I told her from now on just open the Kent Rollins cookbook and point. Make that. Best idea I ever had.
Many Thanks again, we made these tonight and they were delectable. Your Mexican recipes are outstanding. Here’s a little story, my oldest daughters boyfriend was here for a few days and we sent him home with a big pan of CKR enchiladas and he shared them his Mexican friend. His friend asked if my wife was Mexican, he said they were spot on delicious. We use Hatch enchilada sauce, it’s good stuff. Your Mexican rice recipe goes well with any Mexican dish which we made tonight to go with the chimichangas. Thanks Kent and Shannon.
I've decided that I need cast iron in my life. I have my grandmama & granddaddies very 1st one they ever had when they got married, but I refuse to use it. It's hanging in my kitchen because it's at least 100yrs old & it means the world to me. I came on TH-cam & found this channel & it's my new favorite thing on TH-cam. You know you're a culinary grad & foodie when you even get excited & dreamy eyed watching vids about how to restore rusted cast iron!
God bless you and your wife, and the pups. And thank you Shannon for the videos you do a great job. The chimichangas in a pile with the flag in the background was awesome. Keep the great ideas coming. That sauce looks great.
I love the fact that you incorporate New Mexico chile into a lot of your recipes. Everything you cook makes hungry. Keep up the good work. Kudos from Albuquerque.

I always look for them hole in walls, hidden places. Thanks for watching
Hi Kent! Thanks for another great video, I'm looking forward to trying both recipes! Something I've always wondered about making a mousse, how do you make sure the egg whites are safe to eat if they are not cooked? Thanks again!!
Happy Valentines to you two sweethearts, and hugs to the Beagle. 💛💛💛
Thanks Claire and Happy Valentines Day to you
Hey y’all, Happy 😃 Valentine 🥰 Day to you both..

Stan
You my friend are a blessing and someday I'm going to set down with you and have a cup of coffee, God bless you my friend
@@CowboyKentRollins; Kent, mi amigo. I'd love to sit down and have a cup of coffee with you, as long as you boil it on Bertha. I've watched and heard so many comments over the years from Branson MO, the different cow camps out on the prairie to your back 40 about how grand your coffee tasted. Now I don't consider myself a coffee connoisseur but, I have drank lots of coffee in my 73 years lol.
Maybe one of these days I'll drop by when you and your missus are going to be in Branson.
God Bless and keep you two.
Stan
I was born and raised in New Mexico and I know all about allsups and their burritos. That crunchy tortilla on the outside, and tasty beans and meat on the inside.
The Pampered Chef chopper is a great time saver. My folks gave me one for Christmas and it is great! Happy Valentine's Day you two!
Thanks so much and it is a nice gadget to have on the wagon, Happy Valentines day to you

Every week when she's making out her grocery shopping list the wife asks me for an idea for something I want for supper. I never know and there's a back and forth until I come up with something. A few weeks I told her from now on just open the Kent Rollins cookbook and point. Make that. Best idea I ever had.
Thanks my friend for watching and glad you're enjoying the book
This all looked so wonderful! And thank you for always including me and my fellow service members; we definitely appreciate that support!

@@CowboyKentRollins It is my pleasure. 22 years and counting; Folks like you makes it all worth it!
An ancho is a dried poblano, ancho means wide.
Carry on. love the show.
Prove it!
Love me some allsups West Texas proud
Yeeeees
We live in Midland and the nearest Allsup's is about 23 miles away. The burritos are good enough it's worth the drive.
Cool! He's using the Slap-Chop!
Sid taught him everything there is to know about it.
So glad you enjoyed and tell the gang howdy for me
I've decided that I need cast iron in my life.
Thanks for watching and that skillet is a treasure for sure
Go ahead and use it and love it several that are well over 100yrs old they are my favorite ones to use.
I just started watching this latest video and I'm betting Kent does a dance
You know it!
Everyday is happy dance day
Thats like betting someone the sun is gonna rise tommorow
For sure
I'm here for the dance....
"See these toothpicks they don't eat well" LOL
Shan...."I wasted a shower"!! HeHeHe
Thanks Tim for watching
Why is this guy not on TV? A real gentleman, unlike Ramsay.. respectful (I have no doubt) unlike the abominable crude and disrespectful Ramsay.. a genuine credit to, and ambassador for his state and country unlike that embarrassment.. well you get the picture.
Doesn’t fit the narrative of all white people being evil, love this guy his videos are awesome!
0:17 Thank God you found me out there, Kent, I had been lost for 3 days
In a Texas we call this a jalapeno chili dipper rolled up in a flour apparatus.
@@notanotherproject4074 I was referring to the town. Texas, New York.
Kent and Shannon, your videos are the best. Shannon, I like all the producing that you do. You complement the videos with the music and scenes that we hear and see. A 21 gun salute to Kent and you.
Thanks Roman so much
Happy Valentine's day to you and Shannon and especially to the beagle.
Thanks Gregory, and Happy Valentines Day to you
So who wants to eat chimini-changas next year? Not me! Vote for Summer!

Yippee ki-yay and dad jokes, i like this.
I'm doing a Keto diet and you're torturing me Kent!
you can make it without beans and use low carb tortillas, fry it in avocado oil to make it keto friendly :D
K I’m gonna be that guy....what’s a Keto diet?
Big Bad Radical Brad its a type of low carb high fat diet, called ketogenic diet. Its purpose is to cut carbs to lower insulin and adapt your body to burn fat as a primary energy source (as opposed to using carbs as a energy - carbs are efficient but fattening due to insulin)
Rona I gotcha! I won’t lie, that’s actually kinda cool!
@@bigbadradicalbrad8076 th-cam.com/video/da1vvigy5tQ/w-d-xo.html This is an excellent TED talk on the subject. it's worth checking out, its pretty interesting and easy to follow!
the best part about this channel is that the ingredients aren’t super fancy and expensive and the recipes aren’t over the top
Thanks so much for taking time to watch
Mr. Kent watching you talk and cook brings me to a sense of a tense ease! You imo are a cooking phycologist. You are the very meaning of what it is to be an american. God bless you and your family!
Thanks M D and God bless you as well
