Hello! First off, Thank you for sharing this information. Really! I'm not an educator, but will be teaching online, very soon. What do I register under, parent or teacher/ educator? Thank you in advance for replying to this.
You're Welcome! With most tools, it would depend upon how you are going to use the tool. Some tools have different interfaces depending up on the answer to this question. If you plan for students to use the tool with you and you will assign assignments through the tool then do the teacher/educator. If you just want to use the information but don't need students to access it and are more comfortable registering as a parent then I would do that. But...... there are tools on this list that are only free to educators and if you select educator you will be asked to use an educational email or be verified as a teacher in some way. If you are going to be teaching soon and will get an educator email then I would wait to sign up with that email to get the tool for free as a teacher. I hope that all makes sense?!
