This change reflects a fresh direction and aligns more closely with the content I’m passionate about creating for you as I enter this new chapter of my life (50 years young). I want to provide a welcoming space of open dialogue and encouragement as we maneuver through this thing called life. Here’s what this means: Why the Change? As the channel has grown, I realized that the old name didn’t fully capture the essence of what I want to share with you: real conversations, authentic moments, and exciting new ideas. What’s Staying the Same? You can still expect some delicious recipes, heartfelt chats, etc, just with a fresh name and perspective! What’s New? You will see occasional real life discussions/hot topics with my husband, workout challenges, travel, etc. I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for being part of this journey.
