    Breakfast Bites
    INGREDIENTS
    12 eggs
    1/2 pound grass-fed ground beef or chicken
    1 cup power greens
    Taco seasoning
    ASSEMBLE
    Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
    -- In a medium skillet, cook grass fed ground meat, season with taco seasoning.
    While the meat is cooking, whisk together 12 eggs in a large bowl.
    Place greens at the bottom of each muffin cup.
    Pour eggs on top of the spinach, filling the cup 2/3 of the way up - they will rise.
    With a spoon, add a little cooked meat into each muffin cup.
    Bake in the oven for 25 minutes. Eggs should be fully cooked - they will rise and look slightly golden.
