C-S-H gel represents the calcium silicate hydrate also known as tobermorite gel
which is the gel structure and it is formed when two bouge's compound namely C3S ans C2S combined with water

as we all know normal range for amount of water used is between 28-38% so according to 50kg it comes in between 20-30 kg . i hope its now clear
if not then wait for few days i'll come up with conventional videos , there i would make u to understand how it come.
