पर किसी भी माई के लाल में इतनी हिम्मत तो दूर इस्तनी ताकत तक नहीं है की वो इस देश का सर्वोच्च महान संविधान बदल तक सके। फिर मोती की क्या औकात है। है कौन मोती, क्या है मोती, और वो होता कौन है ऐसा कहने वाला। अरे जिसने भी ऐसी कोशिश की है, देश की जनता ने एकजुट होकर उसे इस सत्ता से ही उखाड़ फेंका है। इस बार यही हाल इस मोती का भी होगा।

Changing Constitutuion of India which is the BEST Constitution in the world. If some Indians are unable live according it's principles then it is not the fault of the Constitution or The Doctor of Social Engineering Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar. If some disgruntled people touched the Constitution for any change or replacement then there will be bloodshed in India and that may be more dangerous that the 1947 civil war which made India and Pakistan. सभी राज्यों की नहीं,आधे से अधिक राज्यों की सहमति ही आवश्यक है,जो असम्भव नहीं
इससे भी महत्वपूर्ण और ध्यान रखने की बात है कि यदि सरकार संविधान समीक्षा आयोग बनाकर संविधान पुनर्निर्माण की सिफारिश करवा दे और सरकार के बहुमत का इस्तेमाल करके दोबारा से संविधान निर्माण सभा बना दे जो दूसरा संविधान बना दे।
ऐसे में न्यायपालिका के अधिकार भी नए संविधान से ही तय होंगे।
