I will be honest for that price and location I expected a lot more and a better design. I know I am used to western style but there is many new homes in the Philippines with far nicer more western design elements. I would need to do a lot of renovations to be happy with it. For some I am sure this is spectacular.

I thought it was a nice house until we got upstairs and I realize it’s hollow block still better than some in the Philippines but let’s be honest. There is a much very good quality work done in the Philippines. Sad to say there is some.
