The choice you’ve made makes sense after looking at the rest of your collection, the Seamaster trumps the Ranchero plus you have the Rolex Explorer. (The 12, 3, 6, 9 ) look.
@@frankv7068 thank you so much. That’s a very interesting prospect for a 3 watch collection: Hamilton, Explorer, Seamaster…actually and I’ve thought about that….And predicted that possible combination on my "watch un-collection plans" video....good eye!
I wouldn't be able to stand that Railmaster reissue. Just way too big and sapphire never looks right. Glad to hear you have a NOS Ranchero in the works. Have you tried the original Railmaster? I also spotted a Omega Geneve with a railmaster dial without the arrow hands, for sale online, not sure if it was legit.
@@revenanke3132 hello and thank you for watching and commenting. Yeah, the Railmaster is just too big. Yes, I had a vintage one, a later model with pencil hands and resold it. It’s hard to find clean dials on them, that’s what got me excited about the 60th anniversary reissues. I’m curious about that Geneve with RM dial…can You please share the link? There’s an ebayer called FusionElementWathces that do tons of nice Frankens. Thanks again!
@@favoritethings3065 the listing unfortunately got deleted a few days later and I didn't save any of the pictures. It was on C24 UK. It looked like it was uniformly worn so could have been real - I regret not jumping on it.
That Rancho is the better choice. By the way, this was a great and informative video. Good job again.
@@mccauleyjohnny4992 thank you so much….it took FOREVER.
