Are they all on front Dana 60s? Any front 44s? I'm preparing to swap a hp 44 and 9" into my ranger and I'm hoping it's up to the task of 37-40" tires. If it breaks I'll do the jana50 kit and install Dana 50 gears in the front 44 paired with rcvs. Then the weak point will be ball joints imo
Any build threads on these, particularly the blue one? Looks like at least the NBS green one has the frame front half'd and you're all running forward sweep boxes. Pretty sweet rigs.
The green one does have the front frame done...and it's just a f150 stearing box...dana 60 king pin up front..3 link....and shaved 14 rear...5.38 gears....63 chevy springs in rear
I just saw your comment, the steering box is from a 79 f150 mounted on the drivers side frame rail in front of the coil spring. My track bar is fairly simple. I use 7/8 heim and a big 3/4 poly bushing. Try to get it as long as possible and match the angle and length of your drag link steering rod.
@@redneckarmyvet9003 Ended up going with a toyota box. I have XJ springs on it now, it hasn't seen road yet. What are you running for coils? I am worried these will be too soft.
Looking for a winch bumper for my first gen ranger, do you know the company that made the one on the brown one with the trump flag? Or was is a custom weld? It just looks sweet all these trucks are bad ass.

build thread on the green ranger? I am in the middle of my 1 ton swap on my sport trac and am interested on his steering box and trackbar setup
