High on Fire - I have not seen a more raging live act anywhere. These guys absolutely crush and destroy. Saw them in Stoke on Trent and Manchester, a wall of sound like no other.
They had to drop out though man because of Matt Pike's health, on his 40th birthday he was hospitalized with a blood clot in his brain due to alcoholism but he has entered a rehabilitation center to try and regain his health and quit drinking, which is really good for him and I'm proud he's taking this step and everyone else should be too because we all need the badassness that is MATT PIKE!!!! let's all give Matt our best wishes for him to get better, we need him!!!!

I don't get why they would be associated with stoner metal - except for the fact that Pike plays in Sleep, obviously. I mean, this is heavy metal. Not the heavy metal of Judas Priest or Iron Maiden, but their own. Just like Iced Earth or Blind Guardian - why would you call them "power metal" or "speed metal"? This is all heavy metal:)

I'm no metal head, but I do enjoy good heavy metal every once in a while. This was my first time hearing this song (the only other HOF song I've heard is Blood from Zion). One thing I've noticed about most metal bands is their members are often times several years older than musicians of other genres. My guess is because it takes more talent and practice to be a good heavy metal musician. Just my 2 cents.
