  • In this video, Jason delves deep into the concept of the critical flow path in construction projects, debunking the myth of the traditional critical path. While many rely on the critical path method (CPM), he introduces the concept of the critical flow path, which incorporates a sequence, line of balance, buffer, and tie to accurately determine project duration and potential delays. Through real-life examples and insights from projects in trouble, he highlights the importance of maintaining a consistent flow and offer practical strategies for scheduling success. Join us in unraveling the complexities of project scheduling and discovering the true path to project efficiency and success.

Awesome information. I’m often a late arrival to projects that are in a nose dive. Currently I’m on one that has already crashed and we are doing mass casualty incident triage. I hope to bring changes to our division and revitalize the enthusiasm to keep bidding our type of projects. Your information is so appreciated.
