Not even in Top 10. The guy only fought strikers. Khabib fought only 13 fights in UFC. If he and Connor never crossed paths he wouldn’t have the fame that he had today although the chicken was at fault ovio. Khabib may come in Top 12-15 but can never ever be on Top 10.
Let me elaborate real quick so you can get a better understanding instead of start to hate on my opinion. I mean it’s not even about my opinion it’s pure facts. I respect Khabib for his determination, faith, hardwork as I do for all the ufc fighters. They all came from nothing and they put their life in line to entertain us. Look, Khabib couldn’t fill in the shoes that Jon jones , DJ, Anderson silva, GSP, Jose Aldo and many more. I guess you just started watching ufc since Khabib came in the spotlight. I’ve been a Mma fan since 2010s . If we talk about skills yes Khabib’s ground game could be in Top 4 arguably after Jon Jones, GSP, DJ then Khabib sure or some may put him before DJ which is alright. I’am only speaking Facts nothing else you can look it up if you want but Khabib isn’t one of the Goat. Lemme say he is an Elite who inspired many followers of Islam and Non followers too because of his God fearing demeanour and Good morals. Yes he did finished the Lightweight class but he couldn’t be able to beat Top 7 welterweights or Top 5 because MMA is unpredictable. Connor moved up from featherweight to Lightweight, DC from LHW to HW, DJ from FW to BTW, Anderson silva from MW to LHW, Bones will tear HW next march. By far my fav fighters are Jon Bonny Jones, GSP, DJ, Islam Makhachev because he has all the tools like Jon Jones and DJ so I guess he’ll be greater than Khabib and Connor put together oh yeah and Khamzat too.

He dominated everyone he fought, no one ever came closing to beating him. No one could so much as make him bleed. His fathers death and his Mothers request to stop fighting is why he stopped. To Khabib honoring his fathers position by becoming coach and honoring his mothers request to not keep fighting is more important than any amount of money. The UFC wanted to offer him absurd amounts of money to fight weaker opponents and he turned them down.
