You’re so right about getting some all thread. Watched this video tried without it I managed to get it but took about an hour of fiddling around with it with having to have someone help me. Probably would have taken 5 minutes with some all thread by myself. Just because of that I bought a couple m14 m16 m18 and m20 thread rods for any other cylinders I do in the future. Only $100 to save an ass ton of headache.
you can use the outrigger on your service truck with a block under it to press the new bushing and use the old one to start the new one the sealing ring on the piston use a heat gun in an old container that welding rod comes in to heat it up
That is your actual seal, and it's tight! I usely put them in a microwave wrapped in a rag for about 20 seconds and it helps to starch them out, so they go on a little easier.
The out side bolts on the gland are set at 250flb. There are pilot holes for your keeper bolts, that's why I love working on komatsu equipment, it's made easy for the mechanics.
Make the full video how you open all cylinder...I like to see your how step you open it...Ooo make sure you work with bove hand for your sefty...👍👍 your explanation.
