FOREVER Flex-Soft (No-Cut) Transfer Media works with Black & White or CMYK Laser/LED Printers and Copiers.
Almost every user has a normal office printer to use and from now on, you can produce self-weeding transfers in white, metallic and neon colors, without a special toner and without cutting and weeding.
FOREVER Flex-Soft (No-Cut)
Now you can produce self-weeding transfers in white, metallic and neon colors, without a special toner and without cutting and weeding. The most annoying step, the weeding of the flex foils, is no longer required with this new and innovative material.
Our well-known 2-Paper-System now with the difference, that the A-Foil coating is colored with the single colors of White, Metallic or Neon, instead of being transparent. This offers the possibility of very fast production in a cost effective way, without investing in an expensive printing system or plotter.
It has all the combined characteristics of the established Flex Foil, with the additional benefit of our (No-Cut) system.
The 2-Paper-System from FOREVER gives amazing and consistent results.
First print on the transparent A-Foil, press it together with the dark opaque B-Paper LowTemp and separate both sheets from each other while hot.
Now, you have white coverage on the image through the B-Paper LowTemp, which not only increases the opacity of the transfer on dark garments but also contributes to its washability. Both steps are done at the same temperature. The application tolerances are extremely high, reducing handling errors and allowing the user high flexibility.
Flex-Soft (No-Cut) A-FOIL
This is the transfer foil on which you print your image. It holds the toner extremely well and does not leave any residues in the copier or any background on the garment.
B-PAPER LowTemp
The white opaque coating on the B-Paper sheet only sticks to the toner on the A-Foil and performs so well that even the finest detailed designs can be handled.

Hi, do you have any suggestions as to how to remove flex soft no cut metallic silver from polyester t-shirt.
Not really. If you can remove the design, then you will still have the glue on the shirt. Sorry.
Very comprehensive video, other suppliers like Magic Touch could learn from you! Worked first time for me, second time not so good (got lazy and did not follow all instructions), third time read through everything again watched the video and all printed and pressed perfectly using an OKI C321DN with 100% black toner.
Just one question to FOREVER, can this product withstand enough washes to be used for workwear or is it just for promotional short life span products?

Depending on the design, you can avoid cracks which appear on large toner areas, by rasterizing the image. I have the B411d Oki printer only with black toner, I work this printer to print forever soft flex not cut paper ??

My printer doesn't have Foil Paper type but Opaque film, would this work as well?
Testing would be required, but if you can print the a-foil without the printer jamming and the toner looks dark on the a-foil, then you're on the right path to success.
I use the laser dark transfer paper and when I do large designs when I peel it hot to transfer the design parts come up and the print rips. Please help

Why is this transfer only used in Laser Printers and not ink jet also??
And is this regular laser print ink or sublimation ink used??
Ink-Jet printer are using a waterbased ink, a laser printer is working with toner.
These are different printing systems with various features.
For printing onto Flex-Soft NC you only need a standard laser printer with toner (Mono or CMYK printers).

you can use any standard laser printer (mono or CMYK) for printing onto our transfer media.
Most of all laser printers work, if you can choose "foil" as paper setting.
First you choose the color of the paper and you print your design in Black on it. The design is becoming the paper color as shown in the video.

No, only with a standard laser printer (Mono or CMYK).
Can you have to much pressure ? First time no black toner marks. Then upped the pressure,same time n temp, then toner marks.

usually the black toner marks appear when its "to cold" (Look at 10:00)
Set the pressure for the A+B Prozess not to high! Use medium pressure (2-3 Bar / 29-42 PSI)

I can't. I don't know what I'm doing wrong. Already tried everything. Lower temperature, raise temperature. Usually it just sticks to the B transfer. Sometimes half perfect and then in the middle of paper everything sticks to the B. I really don't remember. I use a colortrans press. Am hopeless. So many euros in the trash. HELP
