FOREVER Flex-Soft (No-Cut)
Now you can produce self-weeding transfers in white, metallic and neon colors, without a special toner and without cutting and weeding. The most annoying step, the weeding of the flex foils, is no longer required with this new and innovative material.
Our well-known 2-Paper-System now with the difference, that the A-Foil coating is colored with the single colors of White, Metallic or Neon, instead of being transparent. This offers the possibility of very fast production in a cost effective way, without investing in an expensive printing system or plotter.
It has all the combined characteristics of the established Flex Foil, with the additional benefit of our (No-Cut) system.
The 2-Paper-System from FOREVER gives amazing and consistent results.
First print on the transparent A-Foil, press it together with the dark opaque B-Paper LowTemp and separate both sheets from each other while hot.
Now, you have white coverage on the image through the B-Paper LowTemp, which not only increases the opacity of the transfer on dark garments but also contributes to its washability. Both steps are done at the same temperature. The application tolerances are extremely high, reducing handling errors and allowing the user high flexibility.
Flex-Soft (No-Cut) A-FOIL
This is the transfer foil on which you print your image. It holds the toner extremely well and does not leave any residues in the copier or any background on the garment.
B-PAPER LowTemp
The white opaque coating on the B-Paper sheet only sticks to the toner on the A-Foil and performs so well that even the finest detailed designs can be handled.

Ok. I tested both. After a series of tests, i decided to stay on Vinyl. Even if more time is needed. Why? Because the result is much more reliable. You get exactly what you want. No suprises, no bad prints. Flex-soft: first you need exact right printer settings. Then you need the exact right temperature and timing for A:B wedding. Then you need to glide with cotton clothe. Then you need to separate papers correctly. Then you need to transfer on garmet with exact right temperature and timing. Then you need to wait to peel cold. Then you need to fix. And you need to fixing with the right temperature and timing. If you miss any of this steps just a little bit, the result will be fail. Now let's see Vinyl: You cut, you weed, you press, and that's it. Temperature: + - 10 degree C, it doesn't matter. Timing: 10 seconds less or more, it doesn't matter. Peeling, hot or cold, it doesn't matter. No need for fixing. The result is always reliable, even if you do some small mistake during process. With Flex Soft: one little mistake during process, and you can throw away T-Shirt, and start all over again.
exacly, i bought stuff to flex-soft but now i see whats better
speed for plotter cutter is very slow it can be mach faster .
The vinyl cutter cut much fastter then that it's was just set to cut that slow for the video..To try to prove a point.. But the vinyl look better and doesn't fade.. but it's your choice quantity or quality but the vinyl is quality..

If u want to do a mono color print on dark garment then apply acrelic ink by silkscreening....which will take 5 sec to do whole this thing with more soft fell
How long does it take to make the screen?
@@forevertransfers expenses should be included not just speed cause speed can be solve if you work earlier.
Will it hold up like vinyl? Same amount of washes and the same stretch quality? Does the forever crack?

well, yes its maybe faster but the old tehnology is for multiple colors and color fadings
Hi Dan Barb, Flex-Soft (No-Cut) is available in 21 colours, which can also be combined and pressed on top of each other. For color fadings there is also a solution, which is Laser-Dark (No-Cut) LowTemp.

Who set the speed on the plotter? Why try and deceive people for the sake of a sale. We use a Roland gx24 and could cut that design in less than 30 seconds easily.

Is this like the heat transfer paper/vynil minus the weeding process or like the silkscreen print?

like magic at 4:26 video fades ahead for cooling process while vinyl video keeps going hmmmmm I think cooling time has to be accounted for.

dear forever i have buy your paper using my hp printer printing on heavy matt color black on paper and using 145 c with 90 sec but unfortunatly am not getting a good result. some place not geting from part of picture or sometimes it cant be print in t shirts :(. any help please

Screen print durability it isn't, but it is extremely durable in comparison to other heat transfer papers on the market.

you can use a standard laser printer (mono or CMYK) for printing onto our transfer media.

what about for multi colored designs? cant see through the layers for alignment?
For multi-colour designs, we always press the non-transparent FSNC colour first. Then, thereafter each of the other colours. With good light above the heat press, most of the FSNC colours are see through and it is possible to position the design. With the right light above the heat press certain colours become transparent. But when we make multi-colour designs, we always use the non see through colours as the first layer - for example FSNC Silver or FSNC Black - then each of the other colours thereafter. Yes, it works!
We have tested the OKI B412 printer with success both in the A&B process and when transfering to the garment.
One thing to be aware of is the possibility that jamming may occur. If this happens place the multi-purpose tray into the closed position - at this point you might hear a click - this is the printers roller clicking back into the correct position. You can then continue printing.

Flex not cut de très mauvaise qualité, ne sur tout pas acheter, ne tient pas du tout dans le temps, j'ai acheté beaucoup de ce flex et les premiers moments c'est très joli mai avec le temps et très rapidement ca se décolore et le flex ce fissure rapidement, sur les sites français de présentation de ce flex soft not cut on ne peut pas laisser de commentaire car beaucoup de personnes que je connais ont fait la même chose et était très très déçu
