As someone who's been following the trial religiously, I had no idea the context of the "Johnny rage video" was him coping with emotions from his mom passing. I lost my mother 2 years ago and can unfortunately relate to the anger he expressed in that moment. What a betrayal to be filmed in such a vulnerable state.
I am so sorry for your loss! My mom passed 7 years ago and I, myself, am guilty of hurting those around me during that time.. Not so much physically but verbally and mentally. It was completely out of my character but I was such a mess. Grief is tough and it comes in so many forms. Again- I am very sorry for your loss. You are in my prayers today. Take care 🙏

I totally agree! It's absolutely evil what she decided to do in that moment! Johnny Depp hasn't been a total angel, but I don't believe much of what Amber has said! He seems to just want *the truth out,* on the other hand she is desperately trying to re-write the history of their relationship.
It really broke my heart in the voice recording where he is telling her how much he loves her, and that he didn't want a divorce, but that he wants them to try to work things out. 😢 This didn't sound like an abusive manipulative man, it sounded like a man who is completely at the end of his rope and is desperate to regain some sanity in his life and marriage. 😢💔

I grew up with a very hard father and I watched him turn my brother into the same man.. it’s heart breaking they can’t feel.. I work everyday to make my partner feel comfortable feeling his emotions because that’s HUMAN.. men it’s okay to be vulnerable don’t let this psycho tell you otherwise

The fact that she sold that clip of Johnny after he found out that his mother wasnt doing well is absolutely reprehensible. I deal with things in a different way, however people have many different ways of grieving. One of my old roommates lost his young brother. The way he reacted was screaming, slamming things, and sobbing while pacing around. Sometimes you just need to get it out, and theres nothing wrong with that. It doesn't mean someone is violent, it means that they're in extreme anguish. How disturbing it is that the video was sold. Thank you as always for your indepth analysis :)
As an autistic person, I can often have meltdowns that look violent. And they are in that my entire brain and body feels like chaos, and I throw things, and I yell, and I cry. I slam doors, etc. but I am certainly not an abusive person nor is any other autistic people. When my mom died I was numb, but even now I can have my moments where I just want my mom and all I can do is cry and scream and throw things. Was he breaking ambers things? That’s a big sign of abuse, but it seems like he was just breaking random household objects in view, mostly his own things.

What makes it not abusive is the fact that he was already slamming cabinets before she even walked in. It had nothing to do with her. @@lolalover24212 I believe it was his own home… so even if he did break something, it’s not like he doesn’t have the money to pay for a new one (not Saying that’s ok) but I have also reacted similar when my uncle passed from suici.. , I was numb at first but then after a while I reacted very badly (I have bpd and bipolar as well as ptsd) , I feel bad for him.
Yes his mum was not well at the time but I understand he had just found out a very large amount of money was missing. This led to him changing his financial arrangements and suing (successfully) his former accountants. He wasn't mad at Amber and she was not in the room when this started. He had probably lost his temper but when Amber started filming, he did not hit her, nor was she least fearful that he might. QED
I'm so surprised that no one has mentioned this testimony from JD, you can hear his voice crack, slower, slight stuttering along with his body language. Sometimes this can be a sign of PTSD. It was like he was re-living the situation at that moment. I hope he gets all the help to get past this. Thank God he is out of this situation. I still get flash backs. May God Bless JD and wishing him the best for the rest of his life, he deserves the best

I believe he trashed rooms, yelled at her, and maybe even shoved her. But his violence was likely reactive. She is repeating what he said but switching their roles and adding horrid stuff. She gets lost in her story, forgets her lines, her lawyer was leading her majorly. It’s ok to not remember a ton of details but you probably would remember the worst of it, I find the things she remembers odd.
I agree, I think they were both toxic to each other and when drugs are involved it can get chaotic.
As someone who HAS her disorder(actually thing she has NPD and HPD) as well as someone who got this disorder from severe trauma.
Ive also been in University for behavioral psychology for five years. My therapist and I both can’t even believe her.
“The carpet was so dirty” okay sure I remember stuff like that. Once my mom couldn’t find her c*ke and stripped me. I sat on the bed and she told me to search the motel. I said no. She stood me up and hit me so hard I hit the table and fell on the floor. I had to be about twelve.
I remember being like what the actually fuck just happened. But I wasnt just sad. I was angry. I had a grudge then. I NEVER let that shit happen again.
But the carpet? No. I remember wanting to be the crap out of her. I find it funny that she is so honest but can admit she could’ve been violent.

I can attest that I was abused as a child. I also trashed things and became really angry, shouting really bad language , but my anger turned violent only against myself. We are a certain breed. We lash out with words and hurting ourselves. I have never hit another person despite being violated and abused many times.

Watching this whole trial so far I’m leaning towards Johnny’s side.
Exactly! As a former opiate addict her claims of the stuff he would do is so off. For example, when he was in withdrawals she claims he wanted sex a lot and ummm 😬 that can’t be the furthest from the truth!! You have literally no sex drive at all AT ALL much less want someone to touch you!!

What's the difference? Hearing Amber say this shakes me to my core and says a lot about her character. It's easy to see that it was a toxic relationship and they're better apart. But from a statement like that (plus all the evidence presented over time), it seems like she was doing a lot more of the abusing and it's disgusting.

Agree. I first herd of Vanessa Paradis at the end of the 1980's, way before Johnny Depp. She's a well known French singer/sonwritter and actrice. And there daughter Lily Rose, if I remember correctly, is named after o song by Serge Gainsbourg, with whom Vanessa collaborated in the past.

Her UK deposition speaks volumes of her character. This current trial in Virginia is just her bad acting, but the real her is what we saw in the UK depo. The audacity she has to call Johnny a baby for leaving when the fights get physical. She’s 100% the abuser.
true!! and something else i noticed is that during the depo, whenever they played the recordings from her she tried to make herself seem innocent and was trying to bring up everything he supposedly did to make him admit to something that could be used against him, but when johnny's recordings played she clearly sounded aggressive and was degrading in every sense of the word and even told him to "grow up" when he said that she punched him. it was clear who was the abuser from the start but for some reason everyone just went along with ambers story.

During the birthday party incident, Johnny was in a meeting with his financial managers and he got some seriously bad news concerning the 650 million dollars he no longer had. He told her what was happening and that he would be late. She did not care about his problems it was all about her and her party and how he embarrassed her for not being there. Johnny takes care of a lot of people, his old friends, his whole family, and Amber's friends. They were all living off of him. She drinks $500 bottles of wine and does drugs. He wasn't drunk at that time he left and then got drunk. The James Franco in the elevator video. According to people who live in the building James Franco doesn't live in that building. If you watch that video Amber goes down the elevator gets off and comes back on with James Franco. According to the people who live there when you go down that elevator, there is a door you can let people into the building. She returns to the elevator with James Franco and Amber pushes a button to go back up to her living space. James does not push any buttons and she only pushed one button, so what floor does he live on? Oh, that's right he doesn't live in that building. And he gets off the same floor with her yet Johnny owns all the penthouses on that floor. He wasn't supporting James Franco. So it appears James Franco came to that building and Amber let him in and took him up to her place for what? Johnny was out of town filming. Amber claims she didn't want the money and that she would donate the $7 million. Actually, she got $14 million. For someone who didn't want a dime she wanted houses, range rovers, alimony, and she asked for a lot more. She didn't even donate the $7 million to charities in fact Johnny and Elon Musk did on her behalf but not $7 million dollars. If you include the million-dollar wedding she got a total of $15 million. That equals one million for every month she was married to him. She is a gold digger and she thought because Johnny Depp is known for his drinking and drugging that she could easily frame him as an abuser and take him to the cleaners. She says she kept the money to pay for her lawyers because she was getting sued but the lawsuit happened long after. The video of Johnny in the kitchen was the first thing we saw about any of this. And if you watch the whole thing you can see she is entrapping him because she doesn't want him to see she's recording him, she's asking what's wrong knowing exactly what's wrong, he's upset because of many factors and she picked a fight with him right before this and he is sick of it, and when he catches her recording him he throws the recorder in the trash. In a lot of states, it is illegal to record anyone without their permission in an intimate environment such as their home. She retrieves the recording from the trash and you can hear her laughing about it. This is not a person who is scared of him she's trying to make him look unstable by making him unstable. The thing is they had a highly toxic relationship. Amber is the aggressor in this situation and it's not fair that Johnny lost everything and she continues to get work. The studios say they fired him because of the abuse allegations yet she has a record of abusing others and she still has a career. It doesn't make sense.

that but she didn't and that was newsworthy. They didn't bother reporting on all the other stuff she got like the Range Rover she currently drives and 3 of Johnny's Penthouses plus he remodeled her mustang and that was pretty expensive. And he paid her lawyers $100k. So she took him for another $8 million.

I was in an abusive relationship for nearly 6 years. When my mother passed away from cancer, three days later, we got into an altercation, in tears, I said "I love you more than I love myself." to which he responded. "You love me more than yourself? You're weak, just like your mother" (who also suffered domestic violence from my dad). I can tell you in that moment, you can do some unimaginable things such as slamming doors, breaking things, when you're grieving. I take accountability when I say that night, a desktop monitor was smashed on the desk due to the amount of pain caused by verbal abuse.

I totally understand! I’ve been in very similar situations. The rage that fills you is insane and it all stems from pain. It’s a trauma response, you were just trying to survive against someone who was abusing you. Always try to remember that! You were defending yourself !

I lost my father a couple years ago and my husband was my rock through everything, and I’ve also noticed that every time there’s a recording Johnny seems very calm where as amber starts yelling immediately and just being hurtful. I don’t know how people treat their spouse that way.
As someone that has gone through withdrawal from opiates, there is NO WAY a person has any energy to fight with someone or do anything other than barely being able to lie in bed. There are just so instances where it seems like Johnny is trying to de escalate or take a break from their arguments and Amber over dramatizes and tells conflicting stories that keeps changing and/or people testifying that they did not see any injuries when she claimed to have them. That being said I think they both need mental health analyses and help (amber more so). I don't understand how this toxic relationship went on for as long as it did! I hope that they both find better relationships and get the help that is needed in future!! Ironically, they appeared as the most beautiful couple and the real story good not be further from the truth.

When I was withdrawing the only thing I could do was cry and feel like my body was eating itself alive. Fucking BAD!!! I didn’t have it in me to even look at someone much less fight for shits sake!!!!

The fact that that she cruelly held his drug dependency against him & tortured him by withholding his detox medication (which btw is potentially life threatening during early stages of drug withdrawal) makes her the actual monster in my book. It shows that she never really loved him. She loved the perks that came with being with him.

Like, she literally withheld his very necessary medication, and it could've lead him to a severe or even fatal situation. I'm pretty sure its illegal for someone to withhold someone else's medication period.. She truly is a psychopathic monster!!

His ass should have been in re-hav. It wasn’t Amber’s place to be in charge of his medication. His doctor and nurse were on the Island. It was their responsibility.

Honestly, I stayed really far away from this when it was going on. I'm a firm advocate for victims, and think it's always important to support them in confronting their abusers, but I've also been a fevered fan of Depp as long as he's been an actor. I was afraid my bias would become an issue, and I wanted to remain silent and reserve judgment on the situation for that reason. However, after watching all the testimony of Heard in this video, I'm just in awe of what an incredibly poor liar she is, and seemingly by extension (though I've never seen one of her films) a terrible actor. I don't think I heard a single narrative from her that seemed genuine and not contrived and overly detailed complete with poor attempts at facial emotion and gesture. I think they probably had a pretty toxic relationship. Yeah, he probably did some shitty stuff, too... But overall she sounds like the pot calling the kettle black at best, and an absolute abuser at worst.

It's ridiculous, I've been a juror before and it was heavily emphasized that we need to make a conclusion to the facts that are there not theories as to what went down. The fact is him being a drunk or an addict does not prove anything. There's plenty of drunks and addicts who are harmless to others. Talking about him peeing outside, who cares? This doesn't support her narrative lol. The only person who has receipts to corroborate their word is depp's team. She shows pictures of cocaine, which gives nothing, and pictures of him passed out which only proves he had a problem with substances, not abuse. Just a quick input on the whole case. In my experience, victims of physical abuse very often (usually) take pictures of their injuries. Although they're not ready to leave the abuser (yet), they take pictures to "prove" to them selves that "it" really took place. Victims of physical abuse go through emotional abuse too in most cases. Because of the amount of gaslighting taking place, they often take pictures of injuries or Screenshots of threatening messages so that they believe themselves that "this" really happens.
So that's why I have a very hard time believing Amber. She has none such thing to really proofs the abuse....

I'm an ex heroin addict who was in a toxic relationship with another addict for 5 years. We were friends prior to any use as well as dated prior and are friends now that we are clean... Yes drugs can change someone's personality, yes when you're out of drugs or someone is preventing you from getting them, you can become really shitty and possibly even snap and hit someone. HOWEVER I DON'T believe a damn thing Amber says. How is she going to say Johnny Depp wanted to have all this sex and stuff while in withdrawal?! NO WAY. in that state you feel like you are dying and pray you will, everything in your body hurts beyond words, even slightly moving while laying in bed is awful. AMBER IS LYING. not just about that but sooooo much. Not saying Johnny is perfect at all but he has tons of evidence and it seems she's faking evidence, exaggerating injuries and making claims that can be proven false. I hope others can learn from their situation so something positive can come out of this mess.

I know everyone reacts differently, just basically anyone I know and myself have had the same type of reaction. During use is a totally different story though

I have watched this case VERY closely since 2017. I was nervous clicking on this video because there are a lot of misunderstood details circulating, but you did a beautiful job covering this case remaining neutral (its why I love you!). I believe Amber started lying to extort money and her lies snowballed. She couldn't retreat or back out because she was in too deep. Depp has always struggled with substance abuse, but being an addict doesn't automatically make someone a domestic abuser. Amber is a drug addict and an alcoholic too, but that's NOT why she is abusive. She has untreated mental illness and she is hurting real DV victims and stigmatizing mental health. Depp isn't her only victim here. People are angry at her for good reason.

Yep, I think what a lot of people probably don't know is that Amber was only threatening to "expose" Johnny's abuse in order to extort money from him, but then her lie got way too big for her to actually back out anymore. That's why in her 2016 deposition, she literally looks like she wants to run away - she actually never meant to be questioned by the law, and that's why her evidence is so freaking flimsy. This case brings up so much PTSD from my past abusive relationship. How I stayed in it for so long...how I lied to police about him shoving me hard onto the ground and knocking the air out of me. I’ve lost both parents…my mom in 2001 and my dad in 2019 and it is a horrible feeling. You feel super low (and the pain never really goes away, you just learn how to deal with it). So to be left in the cold by your significant other RIGHT after a parent passes and you need the support the most, that really sucks!

As someone who has been through childhood sexual abuse and DV, she just looks like she is portraying societies idea of a victim. No smiling or laughing, sad, depressed.... That is how society thinks a victim should act but that's not always the case. A lot of times when I recount some of the instances of DV I went through I just laugh because it seems so surreal or bizarre that it's almost hard to believe. You don't see it as obscure or weird until you're out of it looking back on it.

I was pretty excited to have my day in court. Of course, the hospital and EMT'S substantiated my abuse. I did laugh, I smiled, and it wasn't easy by any means. I was mostly happy that he'd never hurt me again and everyone after could be forewarned. She's playacting to my eyes. So invalidating for those that actually are victims.
I know it’s two different things retelling something horrific that has happened-especially when that incident didn’t happen to you vs retelling a trauma you yourself went through, but even when people try to describe horror scenes they kinda awkwardly laugh or try to shake it off. That’s like when Bailey Sarian gets uncomfortable or queasy trying to describe some cases in the Murder Mystery Makeup Monday videos she does on her channel, and she giggles/laughs and she will blatantly say “sorry I’m laughing cause I’m uncomfortable. It’s a coping mechanism ok? Don’t judge me. Because this is just…how is this real? Like what? How did you even think of doing this to someone? People…cmon on. Cmon on now. There’s some sickos out there”. I wasn’t even alive during the Black Dahlia murder case, the Junko Furuta case, and the Torture Mother Gertrude Baniszewski who destroyed and murdered Sylvia Likens. Those are some of the most disturbing and soul eating cases I have ever seen and even though I wasn’t alive at the time or personally experienced what happened, when I tried retelling the stories for presentations, I will accidentally very uncomfortably chuckle and pause and try to catch my breath cause I’m uncomfortable, shaking, and trying to change the mood while also trying to compose myself again so I can’t even imagine all the different coping mechanisms real survivors have.

I just can't reconcile her testimony with the audio recordings of her. There's something really inauthentic and unnatural about her testimony, the over emotional fake crying feels really forced and just odd. I also kept thinking listening to her describing the levels of alleged violence that she would have ended up in the hospital. The one where he supposedly punched her in the head over and over again, there's no way you don't end up severely injured.
Just a reminder that the vast majority of women who have been abused by their exes, would lose a defamation lawsuit due to lack of ‘evidence’. Most women who are raped and abused can never name their perp publicly because they can’t prove what happened behind closed doors.
It doesn’t make sense to hold Amber Heard to a higher level of evidence or expectation, when 99% of women don’t ever get a conviction for what their ex did to them. They therefore live knowing how dangerous their ex is, but not able to publicly talk about it.
Many women write to me and say ‘that’s it, I want to out my ex - and tell everyone what he did to me’ - and they sometimes have some text messages of him apologising, some pics of injuries, some voice mails, some short videos - but most women have nothing to prove it.
Whenever I talk to those women, their main fear is being sued, or even being reported to the police for ‘accusing’ their ex publicly. It terrifies them that they could be prosecuted or sued for talking about their years of abuse by their ex.
So that position, is actually fairly common. This is why I am finding it hard to believe that so many women are holding her to such a high standard of evidence in domestic abuse, when most women who have been abused would lose a defamation case such as this.
Think about it. Think about your own experiences of rape, abuse, assault. Can you prove it? Could you name your perp and then prove it all happened in a court case like this? Would your abuser deny it?
Would he report you, or sue you? Would he try to destroy you?
Would he paint you as mentally ill? Personality disorders? Psychotic? The crazy lying ex that falsely accused him? The one he escaped? You’re the problem?
You must realise that put in this position, most women would be treated & perceived exactly the same way as Amber Heard.

My stepfather once got a call from his sister that her husband was beating her. He ran over and when he got there she was beating and kicking him while he was in fetal position in the bathroom. I only remember, i was 10 i guess, because after it everyone was laughing about it. Laughing at him. After, i was really sad for him. He never left. And she freaked me out being around her.

As a recovered drug addict, idk if it's totally comparable because doing drugs ALWAYS opens the possibility of violence that wouldn't be there if you were sober and in the right mind. If you have any type of anger inside (which we all do) and you accidentally land yourself in a triggering situation; it's game-over and because your judgement is impaired-- you act on that violence. I do see what you're saying though because for example, I've yet to hear a story of someone who took a bong rip or had a sip of wine and went on a rage fest 🤣 yet it's totally stereotyped as 'the devil's lettuce' and people who smoke are commonly deemed as dangerous. I do believe him, he seemed very honest to me, check out his deposition, he said many interesting stuff. Every witness has said interesting stuff that confirms she is lying.

As an recovering addict ( been sober for 3 years) she makes me sick when she talks about his addiction. It's all about her, and I've had to detox from opiates very very heavy opiates and she is a monster for speaking about the situation the way she did. That is the hardest thing I've ever been through and it's scary. and I am also SA survivor and it is absolutely sickening watching her speak about all this. I cannot connect to her at all and the way she explains things just I can't relate too.
On top of that the amount of lies she's already been caught in & with pretty much zero medical reports or pictures of horrific abuse she's speaking of but yet she's taking pictures of the couch ect .. like just isn't adding up sorry. yeah.... me too, I have been clean for 7 years but fentanyl detox in the hospital was one of the hardest things I ever had to do ... I didnt have no strenght at all during this 1 month... hardly enough to ever hit anyone , and I think that some audio that Amber shows to jury of Johnny quote "howling" is actually him being in serious pain....and she is recording him...just shows how evil she is I have also been abused and stabbed by my ex, lived in battered womens shelter for a month and never heard anyone speak about their experience like Amber does... she is soo over the top and dramatic like she is acting, I just have very hard time believing her anymiore

I’m not speaking about Amber here, but people process trauma differently. Some are not able to talk about their experiences at all, while others are able to. There isn’t a clear cut ways trauma victim should act or behave.

When you recall trauma from the past, you’re so focused to carefully go back there…your eyes don’t jump in your head like a chameleon’s from jury, to lawyer, to judge checking for the impact your story had on them lol because you’re deeply experiencing in retrospect. You recall the fear and the pain you’re not searching for people’s reactions, for what impression your words had on them. The shock of at that moment erased many details, and the chronology of the events is blurry too but she recalls everything with filigree details like she’s repeating a scrip and put some very ridiculous drama faces. Survivors try can’t even look people in the eye when they talk about the abuse because there’s always a feeling of unexplainable guilt. She recall even how she was thinking the carpet was dirty - everything except the things that incriminate her or make sense. How do you not know what goes inside you: bottle or fist but then next day you see the bottle and recognize it. Oh yea. That’s what it was in my Vgg… Mind you when you risk everything + 50M, you put all your “talent” in the performance and was still the most deplorable Golden Raspberry worthy ever .

He didn't leave until she became pg with another man's baby. Only told two people before he died of health issues.

The woman my ex husband dated after me was a lunatic. She threw his baseball at his flat screen, cut up his clothes with scissors, cold clocked him multiple times, and bit his bicep so hard she broke the skin. Joseph is a pretty big, "tough" guy, so he refused to tell anyone for months. Finally, he came to the house at like 1am and just like broke down. Weirdly enough, I had ended up in my own abusive situation I was hiding from him, hiding from shame. We had stayed good friends thru the divorce, and helped each other thru the needed breakups. My ex husband, who I grew up with, is still one of my best friends. ❤
It’s been 7 years since I’ve gotten out of an abusive relationship. I can retell every single abusive moment perfectly every time and recount every moment with how I felt. I can guarantee you, her not remembering or changing the story to make her look better, sounds like my ex who lied a lot about his abusive behavior.

In the end, it does not change how a person's story, when telling the truth, is the same every time, maybe there is more or less remembered, but still the same story. How one feels, place, people, gist of the time of year, how events unfolded, escalated and ended.

It’s been the same amount of time since I also got out of an abusive relationship and I believe she stutters and has gaps because she’s lying. I had to see the DA, not to mention countless police reports, and I didn’t have problems retelling the details of each incident. Even instances where I was inebriated and in shock, I can still describe the events. I understand everyone handles trauma differently but I just don’t believe her accusations.

Maybe I'm a case study that has spent years recording events, being highly aware and even take the time to commit to memory of specific events.
Here's a story:
At this point in the relationship he was jobless because he wanted to start his own business. Money is tight, I'm stress from working and commuting over 1hour to and from work, both ways. I haven't seen my own best friend in over a year. She wanted to go out to drink and dance, I come up with a plan for him to be included but didn't want to go because he's not a chauffeur. At the risk of him being uncomfortable, I opted to just go to her place and we share a bottle of wine. He begins to beat around the bush about how he's bored, he doesn't have a drink and is preventing me from leaving. I am two steps from the front door, keys in hand. We have 2 dogs that have not gotten a potty break(he's been home inside all day). He is unable to communicate, "can I have some money to buy beer?" He is unemployed, meaning he has no money. He is an unmedicated person with bipolar, meaning everything is my fault. I get frustrated, take out a the closest credit card from my wallet and slam it on the side table, "Fine! take this and go wherever!" He takes his pint container of water, and throws it against the wall. The pint container shatters. He's yelling at me, "How dare you?!" He continues on but I'm full of rage and I book it out the door. I'm frustrated that he cannot communicate properly. Angry and telling myself I don't have to put up with this. Continuing down the two flights of steps, I see my dog running in front of me, she needs to do her business. I let her out of the building, and as I watch her, I cool down. I was fully intending to just get in my car and go to my friends but he had conditioned me at this point, that if he gets angry, it is always my fault. I'm in the wrong. When my dog is done doing her business, I calmly go back up the steps with my dog. I get back to see him flustered, still yelling at me while he is still picking up the shattered pieces. I apologize to him, realize I put an atm card down and gave him a credit card instead. Meaning I apologized despite not doing anything wrong and rewarded his bad behavior with money. I go to my friends, just for me to be absolute denial that I am in an emotionally abusive relationship. She was a great friend and she did her best to get me to see the light. I made excuses for him, blamed myself and continued to be secluded from my own friends and family.
I remember ever step I took, every emotion I felt, my surrounding in the apartment, the apartment building, the time of year, his face staring at me calling me a "fucking cunt" and the fact I came home at 1am, and calling him to see where he was. He was at a bar pretending down the road and never apologized to me for yelling at me or for throwing the pint container.
I was in an abusive relationship as well and I can’t remember every single time. Maybe if I really concentrate I could but off the top of my head, I can’t.
As someone who was in a toxic/abusive relationship; they don't always show that they're being abused. Nobody wants to talk about being abused.

There's also some issues with Amber's text message evidence. She was ordered to submit it by a certain deadline, so it could be examined to see whether there were deleted texts. She failed to submit it by the deadline. I'm not a lawyer so I don't know all the inn and outs of the rules of evidence, but this is something to look for as it has not yet been resolved by the court. It may come out in the instructions to the jury.
I believe there’s something where they can bring it up and the jury can look down upon Ambers team withholding that till the last minute.
EXACTLY...this also is why her photos have No meta-data ( meaning no time stamps on many of her photos of "abuse" ) The judge will give instructions to the jury that the photos have No time.
They had a toxic relationship for sure. But it's clear that she was the aggressor and abuser. She claims she was repeatedly beaten but he's the only one that ended up in the hospital.

My ex girlfriend broke up with me 3 weeks after my mom died. And that shit broke me .. but luckily I got over it quickly because thinking about our several months together over, I realized she didn’t mean much to me cause I met my beautiful wife of three years now three months after.

He told her he wanted a divorce so she went and filed a TRO and claimed he was abusive, she knew he was going to leave her so she ran and filed for divorce first and started the entire abuse hoax. This woman is dangerous and evil.

Inner turmoil that they try to keep under control bc they are reliving trauma and it’s hurting, they don’t focus on putting on a show, they just want to say their piece and get it over with. This is just my observations and interpretations though.
